Someone was trying to take you out in Monterrey?

I walked around and didn't see hardly anything out there. I knew not to get my hopes high, but wow, what a sad state of affairs. Only Jarachos was really open, and maybe three ladies total. There was a younger one outside at the place who was definitely on "something".

I saw maybe a couple other ones more who were more subtle, or perhaps I was just being optimistic and they weren't available at all.

I did see two pretty hot chicas on a side street stopping and talking to cars as they drove by, but something didn't seem right and then they were gone.

I was hoping this would scratch an itch until I made it back to Monterrey, but no luck.

I read a couple of weeks ago some women went for a dentist appointment and never came back. When I don't want to drive I'll go there then straight to the bus station and that's it.

What are the cost ranges for ladies at the bars and the rooms? I'm assuming the rooms are a separate charge.
I'm guessing $40-60 USD for a short time and $10-20 for a room, but could be way off.

Yes, bars will observe the law, or risk being closed with a large fine to pay in order to re-open. Applies even to NLBT.

Partying in Monterrey then came back and crossed back into the US today.

Update, some areas are now on their 6th day without power. Including homes and businesses, and about 1/3 of Boystown.
