I knew Romanians who made big money and didn't live in Germany, but returned monthly or every 2/3 months. DKB and Comdirect are becoming more difficult now, but it is still possible. N26 is more common as it is a Mobile banking basis. All verification and your overseas addresses are done through online verification.
