Sorry for a bit late response but it depends on your preferences. Filis provides a quick release. In my experience, you need luck to find the right talent there. I found this surprising, and most of the places that were open were places I had previously been in and left due to the level of talent. Hit another day at the Liosion Studios, and then all Filis and all the cross walks. Learned a few things. Between 5 and 7 pm on Wednesday, there were very few people out, so the studios were not filled in the waiting room. Liosion did not have anything I was attracted to, but I found 3 more gems on Filis. I wondered through to every white light I could so I could not recommend a specific place, because I just don't remember.
