This is a newbie report. Newbie to DR, Newbie to BC. So, the senior members will not find anything useful, but for the newbies like me it might be helpful.

Arrived late in the evening and it took me almost an hour to get through customs and immigration. QR code was checked twice, even so vaccination certificate (but not very thoroughly). I asked my hotel if they can organize transport to BC. They offered transport for 35 $, I denied and told them, I was expecting no more than 25 $ and would organize myself otherwise. They replied, that they talked to the driver and 25 $ would be alright. Finally, my driver had to wait quite a while and obviously they did not really talk to him. Because when I gave him 25 $ plus 5 $ tip he was surprised an told me, his regular price (for this hotel?) was 35 $. Anyway, we had a nice chat and he had a nice car driving carefully, so I didn't mind.

I had booked Boca Beach Residence online with a discount and option to pay on the ground and so I did. I have booked a double (2 persons) and hope that I will not have problems with joiners. As it was late and I did not have any pesos yet, I chose the restaurant next door, which is situated perfectly on the beach. Food was okay but nothing to write home about. However, the experience with the feet in the sand, the warm wind, the sounds of the ocean was perfect and I would even have enjoyed the cold beer only.

For those who have never been here: At night, the right half of the coastal line is covered with industry, so if you don't want to see that, you have to move your chair slightly to the left. It works and for me it is okay, considering, that I am here for only one week and mainly want to do work on the balcony with the laptop and enjoy the views and moments during working breaks.

The hotel with its seafront rooms are peaceful and quiet, there is a little bit of noise from people partying on the beach, but most of all you hear the ocean, and that's what I was looking for.

After dinner and without pesos, I already had decided to call it a day (inner clock said 5 am), but when I went off the restaurant, I was curious to see where to party noise came from, so I walked a 50 m down to Duarte. At that time (11 pm) still about 40 chicas there, ranging from 3-8 (okay, only one 8) but I was not in the mood the spend lots of time there to sit down with those who interested me most but I just went through the street to get an impression (and find a peluqueria and ATM for the next day). A couple of chicas called after me, but the most attractive ones pretended to be sunken in their smartphones or talks and I didn't want to invest time. When I had almost left, I realized that one girl was following me and maintained my walking speed next to me. She told me she was 30, very nice face (more a 7), nice legs and ass and some belly and small tits. She asked where I was going (to my hotel) and she asked if I wanted her to join me. I told her I was tired, I only had 30 US $ left and I didn't know if the hotel would allow guests. She insisted (of course) and I told her, it was not for the night but only for an hour and I had no more than 30 bucks. She agreed to try, told me, she was a good girl (tranquilo.) and I should check her out and if I was satisfied, we could meet again.

So, hornyness won and I allowed her to join in. She gave her cedula to the receptionist which told me, I had to come to the reception the next day. I nodded, but I don't know yet what it means. I have booked a double and she left soon after, so if they want me to pay extra I will most likely leave the place again.

In the room, we went for a quick shower but she seemed already tired before it started and tried do convince me to pay her more. I told her, I was going to check her out and I didn't want to have her there for the whole night, so she started sucking (nothing special at all, but BBBJ at least, deep enough, although only a couple of minutes). I fucked her in about 5 different positions, but, as expected, she wasn't getting enthusiastic. Her ass was obviously used to dicks, but she refused when I tried (not for that little money). So, in the end, I decided not to come, pounded her for five more minutes and when she indicated (after 20 minutes in my room) that the hour was getting done I pulled him out and let her leave. Total damage 30 $ (plus something for the hotel?) for an okay number but not what can be experienced here, I guess. However, I would call it any kind of scam and fort the first night, I was okay.

I went through the last 10 pages before posting and the reason I was repeating many of these newbie questions is, that I had the impression that the information I had read was variable and for some points I was confused and sought explanations.

For example, I followed the experience of RichieSixx now and booked a sea view Apartment at Boca Beach Residence; however, on their website they mention a 20 $ joiner fee and they don't answer my email questions. So I don't want to end up in a beautiful place where I pay 20 $ extra for every girl, so I asked.

In the end, I have learned more than a lot from this forum even before I set my feet on the ground for the first time. I'll make my experiences and I'll report. It's the first time in the Caribbean for me and I had some very unfortunate experiences in South America. So I want to be prepared as good as possible this time. Anyway, thank you for the honest answer, I will take it in the right spirit.

Cool let me give you an update. Last week Wednesday they change the curfew. During the week day the whole island curfew is now 11 o'clock. During the weekends it's 9 o'clock. I spent two days in Boca Chica before I went to Sosua. The amount of available chicas in the Sue makes a Boca Chica look pitiful. Let's put it like this on the strip and Boca chica they may be 20 chicas Nothing higher than a six. Sosua has about 200 Chicas ranging from 3 to 9.
In Boca Chica the majority of girls on the strip are Haitians. They have their boyfriends hanging around observing them. Dominicans wouldn’t do that. The few Dominicans that are on the strip are the bottom feeders. Most Dominicans do not hang around places Haitians frequent.

Thanks man. I went on Amazon and bought a juice extractor as soon as I read this last night. Has been happening to be the last 3 or so years. I have already had the cough over 2 months this time.

In case of persistent cough without or little fever, atypical bacteria are high on the list. They require treatment with macrolide antibiotics (clarithromycine, erythromycin, azithromycin). Urgently get an X-ray and see a doctor if it persists or if fever, weight loss, fatigue are adding to the symptoms.

Regarding being sick, I cured myself twice. Living in Davao, I used to get this cough that was as persistent as a dog with two dicks. It would last for months and then finally go deep into the chest, probably pneumonia by that point. So I had this idea. I went to the public market and bought a bunch of ginger. Cleaned it up real good and ran it through a juicer (juice extractor, not blender).

Ginger and lemons. That's what I take for my cleansing in the US. I never thought about using it for being sick. I will be going to the market today. Thank you.

Ginger, lemon juice and lots of turmeric. Add salt before drinking. Should taste horrible. But eat some chocolates after which is proven anti oxidant. Sit out in the sun which loosens the phlegm.

I'm thinking 1-3 days of industrial ginger juice could knock out most viral or bacterial infections.

Sir I'm not trying to be rude but RTFF! There's a reason why no one has answered any of your questions. It's because you refuse to read the last person with similar questions.

Frio hot does not have an ocean view. The food is still decent there but the rooms all over priced. Sounds like you have your mind made up and who am I to change it for you. Go to Boca Chica and write us on how you faired.

That's funny. GM, I have one like that. Met her at Sosua. She was coming out of the water and naturally I hit her up. She kind of ran off so I had to get past her aunt, or whoever the lady was that she was with. She's so cute, never seen a razor in her life and doesn't even have a pierced ear. It's so hard to communicate with her because her Spanish sucks. (I'm not exactly a Spanish professor). Texting anything of meaning is extremely difficult. She's practically illiterate so the translator app doesn't work in any language.

Also do you rent vehicles there? If so, what is your recommendation? I might drive to Barahona. And an Uber may not be ideal.

Julio is a nice place only if you have company with you or planning on transporting a Chica to you. If you're looking to grab some possible action you might want to stay in Boca Chica. Are usually go with Airbnb's when I stay in window LEO. They have great ocean view Apartments. If you need hey rental car contact I will try to PM you with that information.

Many of my friends that live in JD find themselves in Boca Chica just to be around people. You can get a rental car for about $40 a day. But you must have the car for at least three days. I'll be back in Boca chica tomorrow and I will post the rental car business card.

One of my Haitians came from La Romana. She can't speak any English or Spanish. It's really hard communicating with her because the translator for Creo sucks.
