2 questions for the guys that have been to Phoenix:

Do I need a car? (simple stuff, getting to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc).

Phoenix is better with a car. Everything is quite spread out. You could base yourself near the Scottsdale nightlife and Uber around. I suppose you can make the SBs pick you up. This is all predicated by the ridiculous car rental prices that currently exist.

I have an unsearchable photo so I always assume it's a rejection but I suppose it could be the other.
