I haven't been to PV but have been to DF and GDL many times. I usually go to BofA and get pesos. When in MX, if I need more pesos I go to an ATM. But I learned if you withdraw on a Friday you won't be able to withdraw again until Monday.

Your best bet is to go to King George bar and have a couple of drinks and talk to the ladies. I suggest going after lunch say 2-3 pm, as the girls seem to gather there before heading to the strip club next door. The strip club is a rip off, plus I like them fresh before they go the the strip club. There are some rooms upstairs the bar where you can smash them, but the prices are steep. The more I think about it the more I think the smaller girl is named Carolina, not Katerina. Anyway, on my second visit I chose Carolina, full service for the same price.
