I am looking for advice on the current climate. Which is better for finding streetwalkers willing to come back to your hotel or apartment that are around 18 years old and will give somewhat GFE. Cali or Medellin? Also which city has better priced normal massage places?

Medellin and it is not close. I did not find any attractive women in Cali until I used the seeking app but there were all over in Medellin.

Besides the monger scene going to crap, the food going to crap, and the people running from foreigners, now they made training centers for small children illegal and all other training centers must be nonprofit. I am currently in Bogota and not finding exactly what I am looking for as far the Streetwalker scene goes in Santa Fe or Avenida Carrera 15 near Zona T so it is time for change.

That brings up another point when you first mentioned the guy I imagined a slick fixer who knew half the town and could get you anything you wanted. But as you say now he's a older down on his luck guy who does have a decent command of english. The issue I have with this town in general is the lack of tourist accommodation. Tourism is almost free money sex tourism is basically people just throwing wallets in the streets. Guys want safe and decent accommodations and access to beautiful women. Have you even asked Jesus would he want to take a multiday trip to the other side of the country with some sext tourist that he doesn't know?

I was in Cali last week and I took 2 days out of my schedule to explore the mongering scene. First, let me say that IMHO the mongering scene in Medellin is much better than Cali.

The first attempt, I went to Clinica Dr Amor on a Wednesday afternoon. I was disappointed as there were only a handful of chicas and most didn't do it for me. I'm not big on fake body parts LOL. Talking to the people that work there, I got the sense that perhaps more chicas come later in the day and there are more around the weekends. I hadn't been to this place in years but it seems like the setup changed a little since my last visit. I had to enter through the parking area which seemed different. I love and don't love the setup at the same time. The rooms are nice with AC and spacious, but sometimes the place has a strictly business type feel to it. I like the more informal and grimy feel of the Medellin centro casas. Anyway, I aborted after not seeing anything I liked.

I then decided to try on a Friday afternoon. I contacted a casa on Calle 17 n #5 n-33 Barrio Versalles. They sent me the attached price list, but I didn't get a chance to go by there.

I did go by Calenas Club Cali. It was dark inside. Only one chica was available and I would say she was about a 4. I also went by La Piscina and Reservado, which are right down the street. Both were closed and someone there told me they would be open after 6, so it sounds like they are more geared towards the afterwork / night crowd? This is in contrast to Medellin where many casas are open early in the day.

On my last stop, I decided to check out Dr Amor again. This time, things were much better. There were about 15 girls and several were to my liking. I choose a chica and they sent me to a space to talk to the chica first. I actually thought this was an excellent idea. I find that in Meddy, you have to ask for this to happen. Anyway, in talking to the chica, I asked her about the service and we got to BBBJ. She told me she charged $70 k. I told her that I'm used to paying $20 k in Medellin and she seemed surprised and told me the minimum was $50 k for them. Not that it is a lot of money for Americans, but knowing the local economy it seems like a bit much.

BTW, on a side note, I was getting great lunches in Cali for $11 k (see pics of a meal).

Anyway, I decided to go with this babe. She was an all natural triguea that was bodied out. Big T&A all natural. A beautiful smile and pretty, unblemished skin. The cost was $90 k for a half hour. The session was fantastic. This chica was all about customer service. She found all the right buttons to push and utilized them to the fullest. I left feeling completely satisfied.
