Oakie. This should be in a different thread but the month was April so it was about four months ago. I realize that it could be an entirely differet place just a few hours later. But I stuck my head in Blackbeards. As an aside, guys that haven't been there should understand it's in a residential neighborhood. And it's not even Puerta Plata, it's Costembar. There's nothing there. Well, down the road a bit there's a nice strip of beach that's beautiful, it's more picturesque than PP in my opinion. And there's a few shacks for food and drink. But that's it. There's not even a town, and there's no other pussy places that Im aware of.

Anyhow, 10 years ago when I was there I shagged the girl that won the bikini contest. (I'm sure her friend won it the next night). There was at least eight chicks at a given time, sometimes more. It was a happening pool scene with allot of hot, chocolate trim running around in bikinis during the day and night. This time when I walked in the front gate (you wouldn't even know it's a club, it looks like another house), I passed the guards and walked into the kitchen / bar area beside the pool. There were two women drinking and smoking and sitting with a couple men. These chicks, I wouldn't even consider girls. I mean I wouldn't consider them sexual objects, I don't know what they were. There was a third one sitting by herself. This girl had a cute face and could be considered a pretty woman. But she was big. And was much older than I'm used to (mid 30's maybe? No doubt the mother of at least two). I've been shagging since the 70's, and I can't recall ever lowering my standards that low..

BB's is obviously not for you or I, but I was thinking for a DR newbie, getting to see BB's, BC and Sosua on his first trip will give him an idea where he wants to spend his time and money. Same with hotels. You don't want to be married to the first hotel that accepts your online reservation.

I like Constambar beach for a relaxing afternoon, but you need to organize your return transportation before you go.

With 10 days to vacation it is worth it.

For a rank newbie from Europe, I usually recommend an initial lay up for a couple days at Blackbeards to blow off the jet lag and sex tensions.

Then boot camp Sosua to get familiar with the game.

Then if you graduate from that, the surrounding area PP, Cabarete is your at your disposal.

I wouldn't recommend the time consuming, often disappointing hit / miss / switch online game with complete strangers for a newbie.

In his case, flying in to PC, a stop over in Boca Chica might be productive?

I'm not knocking your suggestion, it may be a good idea. And you probably know a lot more about the place then I do. And like I said, later that same night it could've been an entirely different scene. Maybe some were occupied in the rooms and maybe others show up later. So I like your idea, but I would definitely want to have my own transportation if I went there. I was on a motorcycle so I had a blast roaming around the area and even riding on the sand. Since there are lots of places to rent motorbikes in Sosua now, renting a bike there and making the ride might be an idea. Just be careful because those stupid fully automatic scooters with small wheels are death traps. Or he could rent a car at the airport first, trip around Puerta Plata / Costembar, then taxi to Sosua. Just a thought.

I can't see any real case made for Boca. The sea is polluted, hotter, higher crime etc. Want a higher end, then go to the capital from the airport. Folks who fucked up in Sosua usually praise Boca as some kind of a nice spot. As for Punta Cana, yes, can be done, but double the cost with half of fun, and some sea weed in between.

Resorts charge high prices for guests you will pay through the nose. Punta Cana is not a good place to meet working girls. PC is all about family vacations. You fine sex anywhere in the world but is it reasonable and acsessable. PC not so much.

I have to respectfully disagree with this. I have been to Sousa, Santo Domingo, lived in Colombia and while PC is a resort town, there is plenty of pussy to be had. Every time I have been with family on vacation I have gone to Steve's Corner Bar or Car Wash and pulled nice looking chicas and took them up the street to the short time motel for $60 for an hour.

Now if you are looking to TLN then an apartment is the way to go and I would rent in the area called Cortecito as it is near all the pussy for sale action and can be had for under $80 a night.

Yes, la capital and Sosua are much better but PC has plenty of chicas available if you want that to be your base camp.

I am new on this page, but not new to the game. Although I only mongered in countries I was speaking the language of the same so far. Oh no, that is not right, I used to monger in Brazil.

Anyway, I'm the newbie from Germany. And I will visit Punta Cana in October this year. First vacation after two years of only work and I am really looking forward to it.

Why Punta Cana: Because there is a direct flight from Frankfurt there, so I grabbed it.

I now have several options and I would like your opinions: I can stay at a resort. I like it, when I really don't have anything to do, except for laying at the beach and getting the food and drinks into me, that are being offered. I want to rest for ten days, before I get back to work in Germany.

But.

I also enjoy the company of a sweet, pretty lady to fuck every now and then. They don't have to stay with me the whole day. But every now and then, I like to get my dick sucked and stuck it in some nice Caribbean lady. I guess in a big resort they don't like to see that different girls are coming to visit me. For this reason, an AirBnB would be better, right?

So I am somehow stuck between these two options: Resort where it is a very relaxed, laid back holiday. Or an airbnb to better get laid.

Any comments? Ideas? Or am I getting this wrong and a resort would be fine?

Thank you very much for your reply. My flight is directly to Punta Cana and I don't want so spend another couple of hours in a transport to Santo Domingo, so I guess I'll be staying in the area.

Primarily I want to relax and get my head free from all the work in Germany. I am working my ass off since Covid started and it's my first vacation for over two years now. So my main purpose for this trip is relax and enjoy the beauty of this island. If. On top of that. I find a nice girl (s) that enjoy some happy time with me, I will be more than happy.

So is Punta Cana really totally dead? Or is there the chance to meet some (working) girls?

We woul ideally try to avoid having to drive from one end of the city to the other and back and forth all the time and rather have 2-3 encounters and then focus the rest of the limited time in Santo Domingo to checking out the city itself.

Remember Zona Colonial is a tourist place, so you can expect tourist prices. There is Oasis and Foxy a short walk to the malecon, but as you can read in the reports here by other guys, they are going to get you for $100 or more. GBP is just a short drive and chicks there will only cost you $26. There is also a Venezuelan casa in Zona Colonial with good prices actually. Hit me on PM and I will give you the whatsapp.

I don't know what you are expecting to see in Santo Domingo, but the little tourist stuff there is is right there in Zona Colonial and you can knock that out in a couple of hours. I can't think of any more tourist stuff that would be in another part of the city. Maybe someone else knows better.

Still, I would definitely make Boca Chica a part of those Santo Domingo days. Or even leave the airport and go straight to Boca Chica for the first night. It is 10 minutes leaving to the right of the airport and Santo Domingo is 30 minutes leaving to the left.

No need to make a special trip just because of Boca Chica. You can go there one day while in Santo Domingo to see if you like it and want to spend more time there after Sosua. Go at maybe 3pm so you can check out the beach, and stay until 7pm or 8pm to see how the strip is after nightfall. It usually takes me less than 40 minutes to drive there from Santo Domingo.

Punta Cana is mainly resorts for couples and families. Great beaches, but if you are going for chicks I suggest you don't, unless you want to pay the same prices as tourist that only have a couple of hours to be away from their wives.

After already having experience in Brazil, you may want to cry when you get to DR. But you will not know unless you try it. May turn out to be your cup of tea.

We are 2 guys visiting for our first trip to Dominican Republic. We do not speak Spanish but are quite adept with smartphones: the (I have previously been to Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo and never really had any issues, managed quite well without knowledge of the language, hoping it will be similar in Dominican Republic).

We only have 2 weeks and want to make the best of it. Which places would you recommend, especially considering mongering as main priority with some nice weather and beaches thrown in as bonus. We are planning on staying in Santo Domingo 3 days and then going to Sosua for about 7-8 days. Not sure what we will be doing after that however. Boca Chica or Punta Cana? Prices seem very intransparent.

Do they have bars with onsite rooms and such or is it always bringing a girl back to the hotel?

I'm currently here. This isn't my first visit but I'm alone so I haven't done much street exploring past sunset. Most of my mongering has been in Santo Domingo so far. I've been using the skokka website. Selection varies from day to day, a lot of fake profiles & hustlers trying to get your money, just have to screen good for what you really want. Visited Punta Cana and met some very hot chicas at the resort. They quoted prices that I won't even pay in the US but I know a bit of Spanish and was able to negotiate lower. I would only recommend mongering at Punta Cana if you don't care about spending as it's a lot more expensive there than all other places. From my experience the beach at Boca Chica is a good spot to hang out and fish for prospects. Never been to Sosua yet but I've heard that's monger capital.

I flew in and out of SDQ recently on a discount airline for convenience first and some cost savings. However, I spent 2-1/2 hours on my outbound flight in line just to check in and 1-1/2 hours at SDQ on my return which does not include going through airport security or customs. On my previous trips I flew on a Major carrier and breezed though the checkin & baggage line.

On my next trip in to the RD, I will probably take the larger carrier.

I know a bit about this and it's because of the explosion in summer flying. Many airlines downsized and haven't been able to ramp up fast enough now that everything is open again. This is actually a problem across all the carriers and sort of trickled down to affecting flights in / out of the DR. Delays across the US due to weather cause problems as the planes are routed all over the place. Planes stack up due to these delays and everyone shows up to the airport at the same time for all the stacked up delayed flights. The DR gov't just recently called one of the major airlines to the carpet for this very issue and it should be improving over the next couple of months (hiring more people to staff for the stacked up flights) since there are eyes on the problem.

There really is no perfect flight to book as stuff can always happen to any airline. Right now, especially, make sure you give yourself extra time when flying in and out.
