I know I must wait 2 weeks to be able to cross the border so I took a test in Sweden before I left. But no Polizei at border of course but all the hotels wanted to have a look at the test at check-in. Very nice of Merkel to provide free rapid test Anyway I got into clubs with the EU vaccine passport (or whatever the name is) even if its 5 days left until I should be counted as fully vaccinated.

As expected, PCR seems to be too complicated. Line ups decreased rapidly since yesterday, especially in NRW (where incident 35), and even some clubs closed (like RTC Villa Venus). Interesting to see what happens next and if girls (finally) decide that vaccination is maybe not a bad idea.

Faster in France, about 12 hours, when PCR test is valid for only 48 hours.

CDC vaccine card gets you into the clubs with no problem. No checks at the land border, hotel, and restaurants for me so far. Need to fill out contact tracing info at some restaurants.

I'm planning going to Bochum for 5 days on 29th. I have both Vaccine Card and European covid digital passport on my phone. Hopefully one or both work.
