In my USA College days, it seems like we had two different kinds of sexually active girls. If you asks what impaired means, you are not alone. Adding even more fuel to the fire is the fact that when drinking is involved both men and the women are drinking. Yes, it is the theater of the absurd.

The thing the feminists have been pushing seems to have been found out. As is shown, the knife wielding rapist scenario is very rare.
