Not sure but the crowd seems to have moved to Regent Palace Hotel opposite Burjuman Mall. This is according to an Uzbek lady that was a regular there. I will check it out next week.

Would be great if that Rock Bottom is the new spot. Looking forward to read your findings, next week. It's the same hotel chain, Ramee.

BTW, The hotel used to be quite red (and I assume it's still red). I had some luck with the female security staff. She sometimes closed an eye.

Regal was 100 which got hiked to 150 and now it's shut down. BTW, any clue what happened to the hotel? The contact numbers don't work either.

Hands down never been alone to a club or bar so how is it going alone? Do many do it? Also which area is the best to stay in if I'm mongering?

Going out solo here is easier than any other city I have experienced. The ratio of men to women in the city is approximately 75% so wherever you go, whether its a mongering venue or not, will generally have other solo men. Noone will judge you, any reservations you have are internal only. In fact I found the opposite problem, some venues I go to just to watch a band or chill but the working girls would not leave me alone to enjoy. * As for area depends on what you want. Bur Dubai, Deira, Barsha, Marina. But taxis are cheap, stay anywhere. Explore and enjoy.

Happen to check out the site after long time. With all due respect The clues are cryptic but isn't 3rd root of 343 is 7. If it is. Shdnt it be the 7th floor. If it is. Then it could be just an apt with no leads on maps I believe. Either loudu has to give it or we need to check it personally.

Yes 7 is indeed the number. But it corresponds as well to the shop number of one of the SPAs in the tower. So would be very surprised if there were two spas in the same tower, one in the ground floor, location 7 and another one on the 7th floor. Usually in office buildings the businesses located there are indicated on the GF so that would be easy to check anyways.

A big thanks to you all off you after intensive reading for a few days and nights, I've got the click of the scene in Dubai. I've been a few times but never to pick any lady and usually was for a short trip.

This is typical in Dubai where managers want to milk the few patrons that remain to make up for all the lost revenues and cover their fixed costs. Unfortunately, they don't understand that increasing the prices deters customers as well (econ 101). The only good aspect is that the male to female ratio can get favorable, despite I think a drop in quality. But again, with fewer punters, coming and more competition, more girls will leave create a vicious circle that leads to loss for everyone. As for me, I solved this issue by mainlin going to spas. I know that 4 reds is always a winning hand, 1 for the house and 3 for the girl and in general I get a good massage on top of it. I understand though that in this case I will miss the thrill of a night out and hunting these eye catching beauties. A closer and maybe better alternative would be finding an SB. From the contributors in the Sugar Life thread, it seems you can hit gold and still enjoy a few casual nights out for about the same budget.

I think it is stupid idea to increase the entrance fee price now. We should all stop going to these places and divert our business to MR and other websites. If they do not see crowd these places will bring down prices. From September Dubai will get busy with exhibitions, Cricket tournaments etc even if Saudis do not come. I hope these clubs have not increased prices anticipating the rush.

Manhattan used to be free and then 50 then 100 and now a 200 minimum spend policy.

Moscow was always 150 and now they are 250!

If you do decide to pick up one from the clubs, going rate is around 1000 on average for the night. The hotel comes out to around 150.

I usually do around two rounds at most. Three is a stretch. (getting old.).
