May I ask out of curiosity what many mean by English isn't widely spoken in Portugal? Do you mean the Brazilian and African ladies you have tried to communicate with, or does that include the native Portuguese?.

Most of the Brazilian, African and Eastern European ladies do not speak English but some are able to use the Google translator. The native Portuguese do have English in high school (at least 5 years of it) but that doesn't mean that they are all fluent in English. Not like in Holland.

Because based on my experience, locals aged 40 and below are not only fluent in English, they also are proud of that fact (they even use that as a jab against their Iberian neighbors whom they don't get along with). I remember one guy from Porto telling me that it is due to their foreign movies and TV shows being subtitled rather than dubbed, they have been exposed to hearing English from a very early age.

Recently back from Lisbon. I made 3 meetings, one being an incall with a lady who doesn't want to be spoken of.

It's my first post here. I come from Germany and my English is not the best. Please bear with me.

I'm in Lisbon for a week in an airbnb at Placa Martin Moniz, so right in the center. During the week I met with 5 Brazilian girls. I am extremely into "Latinas". I don't mean in any way to come to the defense of Lisbon's reputation. But to name THREE girls that had a bad attitude and, from there, establish an all encompassing law about Lisbon's courtesans, is a bit far-fetched.

Outcall means that she travels to you. It is generally more expensive for her since she incurs transit time and expenses, and her outcall rate is usually higher. Most ladies have an incall rate and an outcall rate. Unfortunately, apartadox does not allow the display of rates, so you need to ask the lady about her rates.

Please note that Escort Privada only offers outcall. But the 150 per hour rate includes outcall within the city limits. They charge an additional amount for outcall to more distant locations such as Sinatra, Cascais, Setubal, Sessimbra, etc. Unless things have changed, they will sometimes waive any such additional charge if you book two hours or more. But you need to ask them. Remember that is just for outcall outside of Lisbon.

Incall is when you travel to see her. Most reports on the local review board are for incall. Her incall rates are set so that she pays her share of the incall apartment out of her monthly earnings. This is a fixed cost for her, so an occasional outcall appointment doesn't reduce this fixed cost. So she still charges more for outfall since she has to travel to see you.

If you are not a Lisbon local, you likely have a hotel or Airbnb. So you compare her outcall rate to the costs you would incur to see her at your place. Hotels are girl-friendly in Lisbon and in all of Portugal. She can come up to your hotel room without the hotel security stopping her, or the hotel charging you more. That is a concept that people who started doing this in South America or the Muslim World have a lot of difficulty understanding. Women are equals in Europe, Canada and the United States and can walk around the hotel freely. There are plenty of barriers to commercial sex in the United States, but entry / exit from hotels (as opposed to motels) are not an issue in the United States. But that was off-topic. In Portugal, female provider entry into all venues, hotels / motels / Airbnb's, is not an issue.
