Another benefit of showing up early is daylight, I could really distinguish the pretty ones from the make up queens. Cash / Credit Card.

I don't see the need to pull cash at the airport. I pulled several times from Bradesco (no fee) and Santander (20 Reals fee) ATMs around the Moema and Jardin Paulista area without issue. For Bradesco it limit me at $1250 per transaction, but I exited and enter my card again and was able to pull another $1250 right away. I think the bigger issue is some ATM machines don't give you an option to select how you want the note denominations, and you end up with a big stack of 50's, this prompt was hit & miss for me, I even saw an option for a 200 Real note one time, but not the other.

As far as Credit card usage, SP accepts credit card everywhere, and I had zero issues. In fact, they are accepted at Clinicas for a small fee, and at Scandallo. However, at Scandallo you can pay your final bill, and the room for the session without a fee, but if you want to pay the fee for the girl with credit you can do this once you finish the session at the hotel and you'll pay a 10% fee.
