That is exactly right, Lefeu! The vast majority of Boate customers are not fooling themselves about anything. Let me start by saying that I am in the Cane and Spidy camp. If you don't like it then don't go. No need to claim it's lame. Others like me adore it. What's all the fuss about Scandallo? Donno, I've never been there. But I have been to similar establishments like Bomboa, back in the day and had great fun.

Are you "missing something", when it comes to Scandallo? Probably not, as it doesn't appear to be your liking, because it's "pricey", "No fixed rates means you have to negotiate with every single girl you see", girls clock-watching and crappy small rooms.
