They are all owned by different owners, so they all have different levels of finish and furnishings.

You can pay online with credit card on airbnb or booking.com or pay in cash at the reception. You get a little discount when you pay in cash.

The front desk people don't know which rooms are sound proof or not. Best is to verify with the manager. They tend to be busy, so the good rooms are generally gone quickly. There are people who book a couple of months at a time. Last December when I was there, I was talking to a guy there, who is from the new England area, he said he stays there from November to February every year.

I'll defiantly just take a taxi but I have never been there so I was just wondering if it was walking distance. I'd way rather use my energy for more fun things than hiking to a motel!

And ground zero would be where? If you're thinking centro it is a bit of a hike. At a fast walk maybe 6 hours.

Suggestion. Have a a map open on your phone, and look at the scale and then check out places as they are mentioned in reports. You will see that it is a big city. The places that are talked about are many many miles apart. To the Mayorista area from centro might take you 40 minutes in a cab. Depending on traffic it could be more.

I was just there a couple of weeks ago. Had one of the rooms that was without sound proof windows for around $37 dollars. I wound up leaving for a hotel. It was that bad. I had been going there for years and trusted the receptionist that the room was ok. I had a room before that had sound proof windows but only had it for a week. Needed to move and took their suggestion because the room ended with 3 on one of the higher floors. Lesson learned. The best way to go as you have surmised is totally under the radar in Centro. And the next day when I was in Centro she comes up to me asking me to go with her. There are a lot of girls in Centro that I will call "gringo hunters" who specifically look for gringos as they typically are paying way more than the locals.

I totally agree that these guys are a bunch losers, but they would probably say the same about me. And these same guys you mentioned are also doing young girls as well. I was talking with one of them one day, and a young girl started to come up to us and I immediately split.

I don't want any attention when I'm in Centro. I'm fortunate that nobody gives me a second look when I'm lurking around, and don't want to be marked or associated with any of these guys just like you.

For most gringos in Centro, they are obvious foreigners which can draw a lot of attention, and any attention in Centro and in the entire Country for that matter, is not a good thing.

As a reference, and on the extreme end of being a foreigner in a foreign land, when I was in India walking around in various parts of New Delhi it was like people where watching my every move, looking at me with this look in their eyes as to what the hell are you doing here.

My point is, that the last thing anybody needs, especially in Centro, is any added attention.

This of course isn't true as anyone with any amount of experience with FB girls knows that they are often more than 45 minutes late, if they engage in the final stages of seeing through the appointment at all. It also isn't a solution as if she shows up on time then you at best haven't gotten what you wanted, if you're not clear across town.

To the first, all I can say is YMMV. Maybe I do a better job of picking girls, or maybe it's just that I'm gorgeous, but no shows have not been an issue for me. When I first started, there were a few who would be much later than what I've experienced over the last 3 years. However, I also don't jump blind. I consider where she's coming from, where I'm at, what the traffic is like at that time and I plan ahead. Some guys expect a girl to show 20 minutes after they ask them over. I've mentioned it several times, as have several others.

It's located on the autopista just south of Mayorista, just a short walk from the Ayura metro station. If you arrive in a taxi the taxi pulls up to a gate and you are asked what type of room you want. The last time I was there, 2 years ago, they had a security guard checking girl's cedula and handing out flyers about trafficking.

There are 2 types of basic rooms. They all have a jacuzzi tub, some also have a sauna. Unless you feel like a sauna just tell them "solo con jacuzzi. " They will give a room number and open the gate. There are number signs outside of each room, yours will be flashing. Pay the taxi, get out and the door will open. Inside there's a switch to close the door. You can't reopen the door until you have paid for the room. If you're driving your own car, you get a garage, which opens for you, works the same as the other.

Climb the stairs to the room. You can see from the website what the rooms are like. If you need the air conditioning turned on, you have to call the desk, same to turn on the water to fill the jacuzzi. There's a refrigerator with sodas, water, beer, some bottles of liquor, lube, condoms, basic vibrators, bubble bath and more. There's also a menu and catalog on the desk. They have a full restaurant and sex shop on site.

When you are ready to leave call the desk and ask for the bill. They will lock the refrigerator and do an inventory (they can open it from the side). Once they finish a buzzer will sound. You open the little door over the refrigerator and someone will hand the bill through. You pay, have the desk call a taxi and when the taxi arrives they will call you and open the door.

Except for the security guard (if they are still doing that), you don't come face to face with anyone at the motel.

Depending on what you take from the refrigerator the bill is usually around 90 k, for up to 6 hours. If you bring more than 1 girl it costs more. The mini bar prices are fairly reasonable. It's not really worth it if you're just doing a quick session. However, if you're going to spend 3 or more hours, it's not a bad choice.
