Yes, you buy them at the pharmacy. At least US pharmacies. No idea about Mexican ones. The box has two tests. Essentially you put some reagent onto a spot on a cardboard folder, then you stick a cotton swab into your nose about half an inch and swipe it around. Then you stick the swab into a sort of slot on the folder. You wait 15 minutes and then check the "window" on the card. Two red lines means you're positive. One red stripe means you're negative. It's all pretty easy and the entire process takes about 20 minutes from start to finish. Of course, if you're paying for an hour with the girl, you've used up half of it futzing around with the test.
