I didn't need to speculate if extras were offered, because the front desk girl literally told me 1 hour massage was for 1 shot, LOL. Both times were pretty meh though. The girls have no personality, are awful at massage, cut time short, and were just so-so in bed. They don't seem to like working there and it shows. Doubt I'll return a third time. Few trips to both spas in the M garden hotel I mentioned, seem to cater to locals, girls claim no FS and have pretty high rates for extras, a little open to negotiate, but not much but you're likely looking at 5 reds for B2B.
The one inside the hotel has much better looking girls but all of them are mechanical and really not that fun, no GFE for example.
The one outside seems to be for the be-team, girls are little friendlier and a little cheaper for extras, but also claim no FS.
Not sure if ID return kind of a waste of time IMHO, but maybe good negotiators can find what they're looking for.
I talked to girls and both spas are part of bigger company based in Dubai with two letters. All have strong social media presence, must be new way to advertise.

Some of the ladies worked in Dubai.
In the past the spa was super compliant.

I was digging on social media came across what looks like two spas in the same hotel (maybe same company?) Both advertising Thai girls, not sure if anyone has been. On eastern end of the island, hotel named after a long period of time.
One of the girls they feature scares me with too much plastic surgery but might be someone's cuppa.

Most trying to renege on our agreed terms on money and time. It's a different culture, being dishonest and sly is not exactly frowned upon it seems.
