Close but that's in Al Baraha. It was a while ago and closest landmark, if you can call it that, that I can tell is the Fortune Pearl Hotel. Was more an alleyway between buildings.

The Ethiopian I actually met in the York maybe 15 years ago and took home for Dhs300 for the night. Saw her regularly for a number of years. She didn't have the shisha place when I met her but I helped with the funding and she managed to set one up. It got her away from her days in the York anyway. I used to visit there for coffee and shisha when I was able. I don't think scams would be an issue. The Ethiopians I have met have been very honest. Plus its generally only Dhs20 dhs for a shisha and less for coffee and usually if you wanted food they would order in from one of the restaurants nearby. As for shenanigans in the shop that doesn't, to my knowledge, happen. And Ethiopians are very reluctant to give BJs. Took me at least 2 years to persuade my girl.

The girls would certainly be keen to go off with a white boy but all would have to be discreet and off the premises. The girls working in the shops were on Dhs20 per day so the extra money would certainly be handy for them. Anyway with the downturn in 2009/2010 a lot of her customers had left so she gave the shop to her sister and went back to Addis. Her sister still had a shisha place in the area as of 2 years ago so I may check if it is still there. As for drinking chai in an Ethiopian place I wouldn't touch it. Their speciality is coffee and make sure they make it with Ethiopian beans and not cheap stuff from other countries which they will try. As for Ethiopians, probably my best sex of all time was with an Ethiopian girl I found in a club in Addis. She learnt everything from porn movies and insisted on anal sex and then CIM. I hear you on that. V Hotel by the canal was called something else when it opened but I know of it. What is the name of the bar or club that is good for hunting? Is it a Filipina place? Yes indeed you are allowed to wander around but please do take note that you'll be assigned ba table and are exoected to sit there but the occasional walk isn't much of a problem.

I believe they are the most lenient in compare to other place in regards to expecting you to sit in one single place except czar.

Not sure about Ratsky but York is alive as always. I would say it was the first place to fully open up from covid lockdown. Not a lot of new faces and the quality level has not changed much.

Took a walk to clear my head and unexpectedly unloaded my balls too.
