In the past I have never used my real name and always paid cash either in dollars or peso so no need for credit cards. I don't think it matters if you use your real name or not. As for BBFS. This is something that technically should not happen there. The girls are told to wrap it up. However about 10 years ago when I first started going, I was much younger and much fitter, I can tell you it does happen. This is the EXCEPTION, NOT THE RULE. Don't go thinking you are going to get BBFS, you will be disappointed. However, if you and a girl click and she trusts you. She may offer or may allow you.
