Thing is that you would probably want to spend a few days interviewing your best candidates in Lima. The major plus is I loved the Mancora region. It is not really a place to swim but the beach there is just pure beauty, some of the best sunsets I have ever seen. Lima is a cool place, but any more than one week there would be pushing it. If you go, make sure you swim with the seals.

I had no luck with SA in Guadalajara. What is interesting there though is Puerto Vallarta is only a 4 hour drive away. I actually think with Mexico you find the women in Mexico City and Monterrey and then bring them to the beach. I could hang out a week in Mexico City. You cannot be bored there. But unless I am seeing multiple women, Monterrey gets old fast. Mexico City is actually the place in Mexico I suggest you go to use SA with what you are looking for.
