That is so true. Any girl that is a 7+ gets barfined very quickly. There just aren't many out there and they can snapped up very quickly. If I see a new girl that is way above average I will grab her as quickly as possible for a drink. Otherwise some sniper will do it. Some nights I will quickly go to 3 or 4 bars lloking for a hottie, there just are not that many around.

An above average looking girl can cruise along at 2 bar fines per night, work 20 days per month, make their bar drink quote (30 k) and they are earning 150,000 minimum, probably 200,000 with some tips.

If they want to push it, and some girls really do, a girl with above attractive looks can make 300 k to 400 k, although they probably cannot do this over a long time period.

A personal quirk: I live in Pattaya, but get tired of seeing the same 4 walls of my condo every day. So, I go away for a few days, and when I do, I take one of my drinking ladies with me. Sometimes I stay in an upscale hotel in Pattaya, this time I went to Bangkok. It does build the relationship with the 20 or so ladies in my rotation, since they all like to travel, and most customers never take them anywhere.

When I'm in Thailand I roll 2 ways. First, with an unlimited variety of P4P girls. Almost always short time. All you have to do is Google "largest liquor owner Thailand" and "largest landlord Thailand. " And if people are smart, they will make the connection with the answer to those search terms and the connection to the incoming Chinese investors and developers. When you have monopoly, you can just sit on it, while driving out whoever you want. If you want them out, then make them go out of business. You control all the most important assets, and it's not in the structures or bars these business owners think have value. It's the land. Shit! Even the McDonald's guy figured that one out.

It's an insane game played by crazy rich billionaires (old money) against wealthy (new money) millionaires. The Sirivadhanabhakdi family controls most of the alcohol and most of the real estate in Thailand. And Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi is actually Chinese. Word is he was only given the Thai name by the monarchy, so he can do business in Thailand to make it more acceptable to the locals. So it's true that Pattaya has sold out to new Chinese investors and developers. There are broken leases everywhere by rich Westerners who had previously found success in Pattaya. One has to think, this was the plan all along to drive them out after collecting as much money as possible. But Pattaya always needed the Chinese, Koreans, Japanese etc to fully thrive, more so than the expat group.
