Brazil and The DR would be good, but I think Dubai is a much better option for Mr. Ho for a few reasons. First of all, just plain old distance. Second, the place presents the most diversity of talent of any mongering destination I have ever been to. I agree with this rough timescale in relation (I've already stated this before in the Sharks thread) to what's happened in the UK.

Omicron is so contagious that it sweeps much quicker through the population compared to Covid that in a relatively short space of time it doesn't have anywhere to go. With so many people having had the booster jab or have natural antibodies, Omicron is less dangerous, 80% of people in UK hospitals are unvaccinated.
