I have been in Santa Fe for a week. There are no good talents at all. Only about 30 percent of the people wear masks and many people are with runny nose and coughing. I imagine some of them have Covid. Bogota is the 6th worst city for covid infection per capita, but few people take tests in Colombia and there could be more infections. They walk and stand too close to you. Probably Latino culture, they don't like distance from other people.

Here are some of my takeaways. The immediate area around the clubs are the safest. As a first time visitor I would stick around the block with the clubs where Fiebre and Paisas are. If you plan to visit Santa Fe, plan your trip so you are there Thursday through Saturday. The rest of the days are so dead. Probably 3 of the 5 nights I was there, the police bus was parked in the area. It was the size of a full greyhound bus. I found it very amusing and I think it provided a level of safety. Even if it did look like they were just there to collect payments.

Today I took a tour around the area directly south of the main part of Santa Fe. Starting at calle 19 just past Avenida Caracas, I hung a right on cra 15 bis.
