Cebu and davao were more handy to meet the girls.

I'm looking for a mix of normal girls, freelancers and some party.

    Thanks!
I'm currently living in Cebu City, be advised that Cebu City and the whole of Cebu island along with Lapu-Lapu is now at Alert Level 3 until at least February 15, and at this Level my condo building in Cebu City will not allow visitors. I suspect that the hotels will also prohibit guests from bringing visitors to their rooms. But the s / t hotels I use in Cebu City and neighbouring cities are open and I have not had any problems bringing a girl or girls to these hotels.

There is also currently an overnight curfew here in Cebu City and neighbouring cities starting at 11 pm meaning all bars and restaurants are closed at about 10.30 pm. As far as I am aware all nightclubs are still closed, and have been closed since the first lockdown back in March of 2020.

There are plenty of girls available, online, as well as in the bikini bars like Viking. There are also some girls available in bars like Bamboozers, Howling Dogs and The Philly (all on Mango Ave / General Maxilom Ave).

I live in a condo unit in Cebu City and sometimes bring the girl (s) to my room, sometimes I will use a s / t hotel. The main deciding factor for me is the appearance of the girl (s). If she / they are reasonably dressed then I will bring her / them back to my room, otherwise I will use a s / t hotel.

But at the moment, Cebu City and the whole of Cebu island along with Lapu-Lapu is at Alert Level 3, and visitors to my condo building are strictly not allowed so if I want to get laid I have to use a s / t hotel!

Is that a unique national website or are they websites by region?
The girls ordered them using their phones and had them delivered to their homes. I told them to splurge and spend bigger for the next-day delivery (I was anxious). Then I went to her home and spent some time there until the eye dee package was delivered, and paid the driver myself. I only saw one of the girls actually on the Internet entering her info (we were between rounds at a ST hotel). There is a website and an app for it. The app takes your pic (selfie) on your cell phone, and you take a picture of another eye dee (she used her birth certificate). I recall reading on the Postal service website that they had many local offices now producing the cards in-house, you could have one done the same day if you walked in with the required documents (a birth certificate I think).

And here is the link for the eye dee and the app: https://www.postalidph.com/.

On that website you can see a pic of a valid postal eye dee. Notice the QR code (lower right-hand corner) and other proper-eye-dee security measures on the card (including your pic, twice), making this type of eye dee difficult to forge (its hard plastic, like a credit card). At some point almost a year ago, hotels and such in the NCR started requiring this newer type of eye dee. There are about a dozen valid eye dee types in Phils (postal, SSS, voter's, etc) and they all look like this now. Also a police or NBI clearance are not eye dees at all, and Brgy eye dees (also now on plastic credit card-type material with your pic) are a not valid eye dee.

    Postal eye dee security features:

On-site digital capture of fingerprints, photo, signature and personal details,
centralized ID printing and database to guarantee that the cards are authentic,
encrypted QR (quick response) code printed on the card can verify the identity of ID holder using a downloadable smart-phone application,
overlaid with a hologram that can be viewed only at certain angles,
ghost image and UV ink that illuminates in UV light,
applicant uniqueness check via the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS). It compares the fingerprint collected with the fingerprint database records to ensure the applicants identity.

    1) Have the girl go on the website and find the costs (p800 for a postal eye dee I think it was, p80 for 1-week delivery, p500 for next day delivery). Send her p1500 in advance, and let her worry about it.

    2) Alternately, send her the money prior to your arrival and have her go to one of the 20 or so Post Offices in the NCR that make them the same day, so she will have it for your arrival.

Caveat: Sending her money in advance is like investing in stocks: No guarantee that she will use it for the eye dee. No guarantee that she will show up even if she gets the eye dee.

They don't deliver their own product. They utilized paid motorcycle drivers for delivery. The driver txts you when he is in your area on the date of delivery to tell you he is on his way. Once there, he hands you a receipt for the amount from your website order (say, p1300). The girl hands over p1300, the driver hands over the packaged eye dee, and that's it. The 1300 includes his fee (about p100)..
OK, thanks, got it I guess.

For my next trip (keeping fingers crossed the reopening is happening!) I was thinking about getting an Airbnb for more privacy to avoid the walk of shame at a hotel. Reading what you wrote is making me think it's better to just stick to a larger hotel as I'd hate to get blocked bringing anyone back.

Second question: I noticed a lot of people tend to go to a ST hotel for fun. I've never tried this as I've never had an issue staying at my regular hotel. Simple: Hotels and airbnb / condos have stopped allowing multiple, serial guests. That all stopped in the first week of the pandemic. If you reserve an airbnb for 2 persons (yourself and 1 guest), you will probably have to provide for both of you (in advance) a copy of your eye dee and also some kind of health check (clear chest x-ray with doctor's note, or negative recent PCR test, before or upon arrival). This completely stops bringing in random girls you found on Tinder, the mall, or a bar, as there is little chance that she will have a current (and modern) eye dee, and there is little chance she will have a recent clear chest x-ray with her in her purse. Even if you register one of your girls (and only 1 is allowed on a 2-person rental), she can come / go as she pleases, but the other gals can't. Again, please check with your hotel or airbnb host in advance.

In a room full of blind people, a 1-eyed man is king. The ST hotel biz is booming (even among pinoy), and the ST hotel is now king.

Another re-iteration regarding eye dees. All of my regulars hadn't had a date during the entire pandemic. Later, when with me, they assumed that their old eye dee, which had always worked before, would still work. We got turned away at Sogos, VC's, and other less-desirable places because the girl produced non-valid eye dees. The hotel guards and clerks had been trained to make sure every guest had a valid government-issued eye dee. There are many government departments that issue eye dees, but they have all gone high-tech: Plastic cards, like your country's drivers license, or like a credit card, complete with magnetic stripe on the back and your girl's picture printed on the card itself. No more the old Phil Health card, that might have been hand-written on (a sure fake), and / or your girl's 1"x1" picture scotch-taped on the card (a sure fake). No more police clearance eye dee on a sheet of printer paper with the girl's picture on it (that's a legit police clearance, its just not a valid eye dee). I had to get eye dees for all my regulars. Postal eye dee is easiest, we did it online, and they offer 1-week or 1-day delivery to your home (to include the delivery price, all paid in cash to the delivery driver).

Regarding sim card from Phil, that's not a real issue, you just have to buy it on arrival, airport or anywhere else, that's what I do all the times I come there, then you can use local apps with a Phil number, no prob.
Isn't it amazing, just in time for Valentine's Day! I'm sure that the online game from all these apps will start to see a sudden decrease in fellas willing to give "gifts" to their "special someone" in the PI and other places and start to hold back cash for in person trips! I'm not going to lie, I'm doing just that same thing! Now it's time to see who's real and willing to put in a little face to face time in person or just another con artist who will not be able to play too many guys for easy money!

    Cheap flights haha

I did a search on Air France website for Paris-Manila.

I was laughing when I saw this result! Only the 1st flight.

I still have to find the way back. Hahahaha.

Hopefully, there are better prices elsewhere, but still 1000€ the whole round trip which is far above previous prices.

I never thought I would have the need to go to a short time hotel either. Then, one day, I was staying at a nice hotel in Makati, the girl I was with had to go to work, and I had to meet a girl at Mall of Asia. She wanted sex, and I did not have time to bring her back to my hotel in Makati and did not want her to be seen in the hotel, so I used the SOGO by the Heritage Hotel. The taxi driver knew what to do. So did the SOGO employees. You may also want a ST hotel if you are staying with one girl for a while in the same room. If you bring another girl back, girl #1 is guaranteed to find a single hair from the other girl. You can blame it on the housekeeper, but that is good for one time only. Happy Chinese New Year.

You can buy SIM card locally at lot of places including the airport and many shops in the city. These are not expensive. What I found is the vendors selling at the airport will charge little extra. So only buy the sim card wit small credit that allows to get a Grab or taxi. You can top up in the city or online. You may there are more promotions online also.

Yeah, agreed. It's just a waste though because I use google fi which gets service in any country the minute you land and this would mean I need to bring a second unlocked phone just for that specific purpose. As you point out though, it might not be necessary for much longer.
