Yeah, MDS, we got guys saying now that Colombia is smartly handling Covid right. They are letting the disease run its course. They are being smart now.

Thing is this country shut out international travel for seven months. Stupid. And they locked down for years. Even more stupid.

On March 15,2021 vaccines were authorized for people age 60-79 in Colombia.

I know. She's a front line healthcare worker right? That's the only possible way she could be younger than 60 and get vaccinated in March. Except that only lowers her minimum age to 50. November 19,2021 was the date when booster shots were first authorized for anyone in Colombia and they were required to be 50 or older to receive a booster. It's like you intentionally try to prove that you just make shit up.

Colombia is not handling covid well. In spite of the moderate size of population, Colombia ranks 10th for the covid death and 13th for the total cases in the world. I agree that the real case number could be 3-4 times of the official number since very few Colombians take covid tests. Probably, Colombia should rank around 5-7th for total cases.

There are lots of people here that have Omicron, or have had it, besides the former variants as well. There are people coughing all over the place, probably the most pronounced symptom of Omicron, and I witness it every day on the Metro and in the buses.

For most people, and you have to keep in mind that Colombia has a very young population versus other Countries, that Omicron is essentially no more than a "cold", not even as severe as the flu, but there is a very small percentage that may have a very bad outcome.

The Colombian Government about a month ago came out with guidance that essentially said, if you have the classic Omicron symptoms, and your young, don't bother getting tested, which in essence means. "if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, don't bother getting tested.

The case numbers are deceptive if they say there's 2,500 new cases a day, it's probably four times, if not much higher than that..

Then the inflammation of Covid starts. This is where steroids come in, and heparin has anti-inflammatory properties, but the best drugs in this class are monoclonal antibodies (MAs). To a Democratic douche, this is the weak ass shit Trump got and may have saved him so MAs suck..

She was crying in tears yesterday from the body aches plus cough. She went to the ER and they told her she did not have Covid and sent her home with a shot that made her feel better. She is in the significantly large cohort who has the disease, tests negative and therefore is not counted as an active case. Probably the largest cohort, those who were never tested, had Covid, and never treated or counted, along with your intuition that there are probably four times as many cases as are being counted more or less proved my QED point in Stupid that the data is not simply imperfect, it is corrupt beyond being useable. This has never happened before on this scale of medical history because it is the first "Internet" epidemic, along with many other methodology factors.

The Colombians are smarter than the Americans and they are ignoring the useless data and acting on empirical observation. This is the "natural course" I predicted. We are transitioning into the "current state from lessons learned phase" I predicted. I haven't had a strike on this topic yet, let alone an out. Every person I have seen get monoclonal antibodies has an immediate termination of the progression of the disease. Does JJBee get them? Of course not. That would be smart, and we are talking about JJBee here.

The crazy part about MAs is the government wants doctors to use them on people before they get that sick. It is stupid. Trump got them when he was very sick, and I saw a family member pleading with a doctor to put a patient on the MAs. The doctor was just about to put this patient on a ventilator which is likely to mean death. The family member pleads with the doctor to give them. The doctor does so, and the patient gets better and is discharged from the hospital 48 hours later. That is how well they can work.

Trump has a miraculous recovery too when put on MAs. Boris Johnson was not given them, and he almost died.

Covid is not really that bad. It is the body's overreaction to it that seems to be deadly. So after the immune system kicks in with inflammation, the next phase, and often the worst, is blood clots. Blood clots happen so often with Covid that blood thinners are routinely given.

Does JJBee get the blood thinners? Do I really need to answer that? He then goes to Colombia while sick and for whatever reason does not consider he may have Covid and spreads it.

Like I said, I'm in Colombia all the time. I'm an airline pilot. I've never been drugged or robbed. I'm also a native Spanish speaker. That being said, don't leave your drink unattended and don't trust anyone. Be watchful of the girl. There was just an issue in Medellin with a guy who was injected with ketamine. See what the girl brings into bed with you. Have her leave her purse somewhere in the room away from the bed. Until you get to know her, if you start searching for regulars, don't trust her. And even after you get to know her be careful.
