I've not been in the Dominican Republic for a couple of years and consequently don't know how things are changed with COVID. Others may have better insight on that. I got some questions. Just some background I've been to Colombia (Cartagena and Medellin) several times, been to Costa Rica and other nice places with my friends and did our thing.
