Having recently done this, depending on when you flight arrives, say 18:00 Monday, you will check into your pre-paid quarantine hotel (3 star to 5 stars available), spend night #1, all the next day (Tuesday), night #2, then get tested at 5:00 am on Wednesday morning of day and you are released that afternoon. So arrive Monday evening, hit the clubs Wednesday night. Really not too bad if you have a day of office work you can do.

Part of the KITAS application process also now requires proof of existing health insurance. However, it doesn't extend beyond showing a copy of your card.

Soon moving back to Indonesia after a long stint away. There's lots that hasn't changed (KI, Classic, Malio etc.) and some that has (STD, Mille's, Golden Crown etc.)
Back in 2011, I had a pleasant soapy massage and FS experience at Tematik on Jl. Jembatan 3. Basically it was a large room comprised almost entirely of an inflatable mattress. Big screen TVs were on the walls playing BFs. Throw in a bathroom ensuite and and a very reasonable price (around 450 rb at the time from memory).
The downside being it's a fair trek from what will be home base. I'm wondering if there's something similar in South Jakarta?

Thank you for alerting us to this very important piece of information! I tried to find more info and it seems to be true. It applies to people who have had a booster (I. E. A third) dose and they still have to do PCR testing to get out of quarantine.

It is not entirely clear, but based on what others have written here on the forum and what this source says, it should in practice be three days and two nights. "The exit PCR test can be carried out on the morning of the third day, and the traveler can leave quarantine if their test comes out negative. ".

Can anyone tell me about the quality, and what experience you get in G2 Hotel, Mr. Braid Bar and Bunker Bar.
What's the age of the women? Their appearance and if it is CIP.
Is it's worth staying in a hotel nearby and only go to these places?

Found out that they reduced the quarantine days into three days for people who have full vaccine and booster. Hopefully stay that ways till I arrive there.

Arrivals was like a cattle chute. They guide you from one station to the next. Was not bad and no long waits.
I thought I had to wait at airport for PCR test, but they directed me out to hotel staff and cars to hotel.
I had more trouble trying to figure out the Indo covid app. As a foreigner, you can't upload vaccines and vax cards from overseas. The app is mostly in bahasa. Took several days before I was told about website to upload foreign vax data.

Posts: 129Sorry, but it was a crappy Holiday Inn Express. No Sheraton or Marriott for me.
I have no idea which hotels do tricks or will let guests in. I don't speak bahasa, so I don't know Jakarta like you do. I used to frequent the Land of Smiles for the last 25+ years.
