No it is not possible to bring a sharmoota to your hotel room. Only an AirBnb will work and even that is not guaranteed 100% as you still have to deal with asshole neighbours and the bawab / guard of the building. It is best to ask the host of the property before you make a booking on Airbnb. If you can afford 5 star hotel prices and are planning to stay not less than 1 month, there are plenty of guest-friendly properties in Maadi and nobody will harass you when bringing a sharmoota to your apartment.
