Hey friends,

I've run into a problem and I'm hoping one of the more seasoned vets can give me some information. I have a flight to San Diego tonight and a reservation at a hotel on Revolucion Ave through the weekend. As I was getting ready for the trip, I noticed my passport expired last month (big mistake).

I've done all the research I can and from what I can tell, there will be no way for me to cross in Mexico and then back into the US. I don't have a valid (non expired) passport or passport card, my drivers license is not a "enhanced ID", I do have a military ID but it is not accompanied by orders to Mexico.

My question for you all is do they really stick to these guidelines? Have any of you found a different way in and if so, will I be able to get back into the US? Thanks for any help.

When I went in early December they didn't look at my passport (or any ID at all) on my way into Tijuana, just waved me in. I've heard from others that If are a us citizen they won't stop re-entering they will just make it harder on you, but I've never tried it I've always had my passport with me. My advice would be don't leave the country without your passport! Good luck if you try.

Your post was helpful to remind readers of the risks of getting busted by LE. I also warned the guys against cruising the streets, hooking up with escorts and massage women. Eventually they will get busted by LE and the consequences are dire.

Exactly, because some guys not all, always complain about Zona Norte, Hong Kong, Adelita clubs etc. OMG bad waiters, bad chicas, bad everything, too expensive etc. Okay so that's why I posted a post for comparison if you want sex or BJ in the USA with the exception of a few counties in Nevada where brothels are legal. So you will be arrested in the sting operation, your photo and full name will be in the local media, you will be on a sex offender list, you will be fired from your job, you need 5 K for a lawyer and if you are married your wife will ask for a divorce and take half of your property. My conclusion guys let's be happy that we have Zona Norte minutes from the border and all the fun there.

Can't remember if I posted the pic of this girl I had a few months ago. A body type I just Love! She seemed a big drunk or maybe a drug or two but hell. If I had to fuck overweight 50+ year old men. I would be on drugs too!

I play a bit of basic guitar and I was playing Neil Diamond "Cracklin' Rosie".

Zona Norte reminds me of so many things in life. There is a line in the song "Cracklin' Rosie, make me smile, Girl if it lasts for an hour, that's all right, we got all night to set the world right". Well. We need to change those lyrics a bit to be Zona Norte compatible. Girl if it lasts 30 minutes, that's all right, we don't have all night to set the world right. Haha.

Nope nothing new. Although I have never seen them search an Americans luggage by hand. I often see them searching Mexicanos with large suitcases.
