I think it's like a car, fundamentally what is it you are looking for? Is it something that satisfies your actual needs or is it something that you just want to own and show off to make other guys envious?

As someone who actively seeks a low profile and goes out of the way to avoid being seen by anyone, I'll stick with my reliable Toyotas or occasional Mercedes that I can park at a discreet hotel without anyone noticing.

I just wanted to add that I like to drive a bargain as much as anyone and nothing shits me more than coping an attitude or girls expecting money for nothing. However, everyone visiting should realise that all the mom and pop stores and their staff are just starting to get their head above water. Some after literally years of no income. Now is when realistic tips and not screwing people down to the last 10 k Rp can make all the difference.

Given that local tourists make up 90% of people in town and are their main market, I'd suggest they are doing a roaring trade but that's just a guess.
