It's accurate. But when in doubt, it's better to go to the source: https://www.in.gov.br/en/web/dou/-/p...2022-390351794.

Another good source of info is a USA Embassy. https://br.usembassy.gov/covid-19-information/.

    One Month in Rio

Just finished a month in Rio. This is my second visit to Brazil. I spent one week in Centro and the remaining time in Copa. I visited the following establishments:

    Termas: 4 x 4, Solarium, Monte Carlo.

    Prive: Eden Spa.

Each visit to a terma winds up costing $200 - 300. More value in the prives, however the girls are more attractive in the termas.

Food is mediocre here. Steaks are always overcooked, unless you go to a churrascaria where they know what they are doing.

Any of the decent hotels are expensive, close to $200 per night. Most are not girl friendly.

Had fun and enjoyed the sun and warm weather but will not be coming back for a third visit. Returning to Colombia where there is more value between the girls, hotels and food.

    Gabi

I seen Gabi from NiterI is not working, too bad. She might be too big for some guys but just right for me. What I like about her she has no limits, and a huge ass. She give the best blowjobs, swallow every drop and can take on some monstrous twinkies in her ass. Going to miss her.

    It's official now

It's been updated on the State Dept's advisory for Brasil. Funny how I would take 2 tests, just in case one didn't come back in time. CVS managed to lose a test once, so I guess human error is always there. But no more of that dumbs hit test taking.

Only mention I saw was of a place called "Asha."
In my opinion no, only if you are scared of your own shadow.

It's too far away from the action and only has one 'terma'.

Nope. Only sux for those that don't have a vaccine card.

I fly in a couple of weeks and I haven't seen anything official as of yet. It would be nice because up till now all you had to do was just say you were uninsured and the tests were free back in the ole USA, I guess the funding ran out so I guess it will be an insurance copay or something, but it's no sweat if all Brasil requires is proof of vax. I guess it's going to suck for the anti vaxxers; however.

    Thursday, Centro, Warning order

    Thursday, Centro, Warning order.

Let's do a centro prive / terma run (massagemtijuca.com, Darkroom.com.br, 4x4class.com.br), and maybe mosaico. 12 h30, lets meet at the cinelandia Starbucks, 2nd floor. Confirm on Thursday morning.

Message senor nounce, senor Jimmyboy, or senor Michaelsamuel to be added to the list for this pussy patrol.

Vagabundo went to the pool today, where he hit the bags and swam and lifted a little, and met up with a few ISGers who had been to 4 x4 but were trying Transamerica in Barra. We added a few new folks to the local whatsapp group, and suggest they join Internationalsexguide. NL. I am still wifed up with homegirl who has stayed with me for 2 weeks.

    Sharp eyes

Thanks Mr. E, as always astute.

Tips have the deliberate legal ambiguity: to whom do they beneficially belong, or what was intended by the giver ? To the individual server, a pool of servers, maybe kitchen staff, or even the employed owners ? Or as a risk transfer paid by end consumers ? Similar to wages theft and non-transparent pricing to snare the unwary.

I doubt any of the BR Uber drivers will be going to court to recover this gouging that they probably have diluted or never receive at all. Not surprised to hear about the decision, lawyers and the judiciary are ultimately footmen and butlers (who mistakenly think they are players) to the real power holders.

He said normal Ubers were not allowed to enter Vidigal. As I refuse to go with moto-taxi we ended up walking in heavy rain to our destination. When leaving the party they told us we had to call one of Vidigals own Uber drivers, but it turned out none was available because of the rain. We had to walk down to Av Niemeyer and get a normal Uber.
They can only enter to a point and then we had to take a moto to Bar Laje. Same process coming down, moto, then Uber.

More silicon valley swindling at its "finest". Same with restaurants,
