Maybe it comes down to expectations. If one expects a single hour of action with a young 20-something hottie who one does not wish to ever see again, because one has a strong preference to change sex partners like library books, then MP or street meat is the way to go.

Personally I avoid "Chinese imports", because I don't think it's right for them to come and take jobs that locals can do.

I don't care if it's hairdressers, coffee baristas, builders laborers, masseuse, or whatever, from China or Korea. We should be employing our own people first. None of us would be allowed into China to do any kind of jobs, or even be allowed to buy property. So how is it that they are allowed to come here to work and buy property?

By using the services of our homegrown talent, we are playing our part in an economic stimulus package. Next time we feel like playing, we should first be mindful about from whom we are getting our stimulus. Go Fiji go!

We are all Fijians now (apparently) but for Fijians of South Asian Origin I can suggest the following:

1. Grantham Rd in old Raiwaqa Cinema complex.

2. The Hotel in Waimanu Rd that used to be called Hotel Suva (providers here are inexpensive and range from almost-acceptable to pitiful).

3. Almost all MPs in Nadi area.

4. Almost all Chinese owned establishments anywhere will maintain at least one bhaini on site, because these Chinese are law-abiding people who respect the Constitution and Laws of Fiji and know very well that in our customs and traditions we stand for inclusivity and fairness for all in our national values.
