Can't comment on the German availability. In the US I use the online Pharmacy K Health and it's amazing. But I can tell you it's mentally addictive. Maybe not I the clinical sense but you will come to rely on it. You will be hard as a rock and also more ready for multiple rounds. I've had times where I thought I'd skip it or lower the dosage and I just couldnt take the chance. Didn't want any chance of a sex fail. And being super hard and ready to rumble is so great.
