I think it has always been true that most of the girls working in the Thai go-go bars are not pretty. And it was true in my eyes as well in Billboard last Saturday night as in every bar I looked into that night and every night.

But IMO there was the same usual small percentage of girls who stood out as barfine-worthy (based on looks) as there would have been on any Saturday night in 2017, 2018 or 2019.

I would concede that many customers today are likely to accept less due to 2 years of denial. But my experience, observation and shared testimonials from long time punters suggest that is more about accepting less in terms of service than in looks.

That "shell of its former self" comment might be the most glowing review of any Nana Plaza go-go bar lineup I have read from you, Goatscrot. And by "former" that can only mean as far back as it existed under that name.

So maybe enough time has passed to be certain most of the better girls are no longer working there, as you already suggest in this discussion, to make it possible for those of us who were here at the time to reminisce over the good old days back in 2017 and 2018 and 2019, how much better it was back then, how lucky we were to have been in on it and how sad it is for all you unlucky souls out there who missed it.

My first few years here, from late '99 till the late '00's, I pulled a lot of girls from Go-Go's, although my main hunting grounds were Thermae and Nana Disco. I then focused mainly on oilies for the next decade until covid and then online became the focus. Even though I wasn't pulling from Go-Go's at the time I think the period from the early '10's till 2017 or 18 saw some very good talent in Go-Go bars, especially in places like Billboard in Bangkok and most notably Palace in Pattaya. Palace had some of the most stunning go go girls I have ever seen. Unfortunately many were not friendly to Western punters and of course quite pricey. For my taste and requirements oilies were a much better choice although the quality declined sharply from about 2016 on. I feel very fortunate to have caught the end of the golden age of Go-Go's in Bangkok and the height of talent and performance in the oilies. From about 2009 when mango and Snow White opened until the mid '10's the oilers were pretty incredible. There were always four five girls in each one that were worth taking. That was not even the case the last few years before covid.

But hey, I'm really having an amazing time with the online gals. Still say I'm finding some of the prettiest girls I've ever had and with a lot of time consuming research some real performers to boot. Combine that with an average price of 2 K for 90 minutes two shots, meeting them in a fairly nice hotel room, not having to deal with the hassle of the Go-Go environment, I'd say it's a pretty good deal.

In pre-covid times travelling to Thailand during rainy season was never a problem. I actually enjoyed it. Sure, it rains, sometimes there are torrential downpours, and city streets in BKK & Pattaya overflow with water ankle deep, but the sun comes out too plenty, sometimes for weeks on end. Just bring a good umbrella and some sense of humor. You will be fine. I would rather be in Thailand during the rainy season than during high season. I won't go to Thailand between December and February. Too many people.

I recommend a Google search on "Seasonal Weather Bangkok". It will quickly display typical high and low temperatures as well as the number of days per month with rain. If you are thinking of traveling about Thailand, substitute your expected destination in place of Bangkok.

Pre-covid July was the slow season and IMHO was a great time to visit. I've been there many times in July. Less crowds, lower prices, etc. I'm thinking July is fine now and I'm trying to get there at that time too. It will rain most days but its not all day rain. It will rain for an hours or so and then clear up. The only issue with July is that some islands get very slow with businesses closing. Phuket and Koh Samui are open during this time. Long story short--go. July is not a problem.

I don't recall you judging the lineup talent in any Nana go-go bar being much better than "absolutely horrible" compared to some decades ago or compared to what you have seen elsewhere. Even here you can only concede that, yes, the go-go bar that was generally considered to have the best lineups only "often had at least a few lookers" during normal times.

I didn't even say Billboard was packed with lookers Saturday night the quality of which I have never seen or anything of the kind. LOL.

I only said it was as packed with hot girls and customers as I have seen. That would be comparing it to any given night before March 2020, a night when the lineup would scarcely have impressed you any more than it did last Saturday night.

So my message to anyone was, in effect, if you thought Billboard's lineup during most normal times was "absolutely horrible" with, at best, "often a few lookers" then Saturday night would have felt no different to you than if it was a Saturday night in February 2020.

I have to reject the idea that there were not even a "few lookers" in there Saturday during the hour or less I was there compared to what one would have seen in Billboard or most other Nana go-go bars during normal times. There were just too many girls on the stage, in the tub, sitting in the dark stands with customers, coming and going in and out of the toilet and locker area to judge each and every one that way.

I know they were not all too horribly ugly except for perhaps one borderline case for the vast majority of punters to feel quite happy to fuck, covered or not, or get fully blown by for the money, same as during normal times.

Talent level has been on the decline for years except in places like Palace in Patters and some extent Baccarat. I would say that the girls in Palace compared very favorably to what you will find online. But of course you would pay a premium at Palace compared to what you pay for online girls. Average for me is 2K for 90 minutes and two shots. Way less than even the most ancient fat incorrigible bar girl when you add bar fine, drinks, short time fee, and short time hotel.

Huh? Picky? Perhaps, but my dude, Billboard was awful that night. Fat, old, out of shape, ugly faces, amazingly poor plastic surgery, baby damage, it was just terrible. And I won't even go into skin blemishes, bad tats, and skin tone. Saw one gal with a nice face, but could not see the body and one gal dancing who had a nice body but when the carousel came around had the face of a she-goat with a grill like a 56 Buick.

I agree with Goat. I was in Billboard a few weeks ago, and most of the gals working there weren't pretty.

In the last few days I visited many Gogos in Nana and Cowboy. I guess the difference in number of girls depends also on the day I went (weekend vs weekday etc).

Crazy House: many girls (naked) with average / bad looks. 180 b for a drink. Was quite full compared to other places.

Suzie Wong & Long Gun: not many girls and not many customers but a few better looking girls.

Whisky something (Nana): no naked girls but a bit better looking / slimmer than average. Promo 100 b for beer.

Random (the one next to Whisky): one night had many girls in bikini and overall good quality. Another night there was just a overweight lady on stage.

Lollipop: many girls (not naked) with decent looks.

Not all of us need to skin it with a gal and are perfectly happy to use a condom for intercourse. If you don't think your options are limited if that is your requirement, then you are kidding yourself. It's probably much easier to get a gal the likes of what I saw in Billboard to agree to bareback sex than it is a real looker. Why? Because the real lookers don't have to. If you didn't need it raw I could suggest some amazing looking gals that perform like champs, but unfortunately none of them are going to let you go sans bone bag.

The online gals are overall way better looking that what I saw at Billboard that night, that is if you have spent time to weed through the chaff, read the Telegram groups, and view the pictures the local punters share. The gals in Billboard were not even in the same category my man..

If "absolutely horrific" would be your assessment of the looks of all or most of the girls I saw on stage and in the tub without a customer but presumably open to being called down by one during the hour I was there, Goatscrot, then you have a much, much, much higher standard for P4P girl looks than I have and any experienced monger I have ever met in my 50 years of mongering.

While that might be so, I must say I have not seen photos of girls in fiwfans or any of the other supposedly "stunner" booking sites that, minus the expected photo doctoring, would represent a notably better line up than several of the girls I saw live and in the flesh that night.
