I intend to take my older brother to Thailand in October or November. He is not well and has irreversible ED but would still enjoy the company of sexy women. It's always been a dream of ours to do this and I want to make it happen before I lose him.

It will be a lot easier for you to go with Bangkok to find an arrangements or duo willing. Maybe you check with the active people in those threads for best advice.

Until you are in that position, about the only thing you can do to line up hookers is to add them to your favorites list. Look to your favorites list after you arrive in Phuket.

If you are looking for a vacation girlfriend (more than about 3 days), you should be digging harder and start video chats right now. Most of these girls dont want to be vacation girlfriends, they want permanent relationships with wealthy foreigners.

1. Nuru massage at Soi Nanai: definitely recommend, Idk if I got the best girl there or what but it was definitely the highlight of my trip. Go for 4 hands (2 girls).

2. Patong are is as lively as it was, tons of bars, I went to a place called Suzie Wong, right in the end of street off main Bangla road. Good service, access, decent chics, off course you have to buy drinks etc.

3. Empire club is nice but try to be not so late (better get in by 10 sh) to get old of best options as right now many visitors flocking there.

If you are already in Phuket, then just go into any of the girly bars with your wife in tow, and quietly and politely chat with a girl that both your wife and you like. Buy her a lady drink, and then ask politely if the girl would be interested. If she isn't say no problem, tip her some cash, and ask her if she knows anyone else who might be.
Alternately, go to Nuru Massage on Nanai Road and book a session with Pinky. Asking and paying for your wife to be allowed to join you in the session, and then tipping Pinky appropriately. If you wife wants to experience it more, Pinky would happily look after both of you, one at a time.

Thanks for your very helpful reply. Unfortunately I didn't see it in time before we left. We ventured into the Patong area but it was too wild for my wife's tastes. She found the hookers there too "vulgar. " I really gave it a good try, but she didn't approve of any of the girls. Another night, we hopped around some inland-Rawai clubs, and the freelancers there were classier, but all of them were occupied. LOL! My wife may suddenly have exhibited an adventurous streak, but really she is so naive she didn't even realize when a lesbian was flirting the hell out with her. (No the lesbian wouldn't have been into me in any way, so I didn't even try to pursue that.) Oh well. Better luck next time, I hope.
