I haven't been a fan of New Life in a while, but am sorry to hear of your experience. What I will say is that Sunday may have something to do with it. The best lineups, in my experience, have typically been on Thursday, Friday, and somewhat Saturday, especially if it's on a pay day (more girls show up to address the guys looking to blow their paycheck). I've also been to Zandalay and New Life about a half a dozen times in the last 3 weeks. I find Zandalay to be a more pleasant time, but its been the same girls in rotation to the point where I've been bored. I enjoyed Manuela, a thicker girl with braces. I've been to Zandalay at about noon-ish, 4 pm, and 6 pm. The evenings tend to be dead with only 2-3 girls working. Lunch time is probably your best bet.

New Life, I find the rooms to be a little less nice than Zandalay. The times I've been, it has ranged anywhere from 5 girls to 14 girls that have been shown to me. The mamasan has a bad attitude and I really dislike her, kind of a ***** with a permanent frown. The girls are a bit more mechanical imo but YMMV. All the girls I've been with at Zan and New Life say they're from Medellin but I can't tell the difference between a Paisa and a Venz.

Don't carry your wallet. If your wallet is like mine it contains a bunch of stuff which is important, a pain to replace and completely useless in Medellin. You should only be carrying what you need for each excursion.

If you must carry a wallet, get another one for travel. Only put in what you need. An expired or canceled card is a nice touch, and only keep part of your money in the wallet. Keep the rest along with a debit card, if needed, in a separate pocket. Hand over the wallet if necessary. It will probably satisfy the robbers and you won't lose much.

This post is long overdue. Thanks to all of you who helped make my trip to Medellin wonderful.

To recap I was in Medellin Sunday Thursday 5 AM.

About 45 days prior to my trip I began friending & chatting with girls via facebook. What I can tell you is that you need to be very careful on who you friend and how many random friend requests and or messages you send. If you send too many of either your ability to send requests and or messages will be temporarily suspended. As for time its been suspended that I have no idea what the facebook algorithm is to determine that.

If you do not know how to go about it look for La IsLa Medellin on facebook and go thru there friends list. Only contact girls who have been active within the past 2 weeks. Any girl that has not been active your chances of being accepted are very slim.

I would categorize the facebook girls in Medellin either as Prepago's, Students or Paisa's. It's really weird but many girls when I contacted them via facebook they say they are not a prepago. I rebutted that and said I am not looking for a Prepago but to meet new friends. Once they hear that the regular girls tend to let their guard down. The really really hot ones are Prepago's aka Prepaid. They are the girls that are professional in my opinion and ask for 250 MIL COP to 400 Mil COP girls. The only problem is that it seems like these girls are only down for 1 pop. Attached is a pic of some of the girls in this crew. Kate who has been spoken of on the forum was $250 MIL COP.
