I agree it is safer to have the hotel check ID and call when she leaves but if you choose not to for whatever reason, it is possible.

All the hotels I stayed at had minimum security personnel. I think maybe during covid they let go lots of employees and slow to hire back. Previously security was very tight. Yes it is true safety is better if there is security checking girls in and out. But checking in with a girl by giving I. The is stupid idea if you are changing girls daily. Hotel might charge a joiner fee. Besides trying to get a threesome is a hassle. For me I make sure everything is locked up unless I know the girl very well. Failure to do so fails to protect both the hotel and you. If she robs you blind while you are in the shower or sleeping, or does damage to the room or client, they have no way to stop her on the way out the front door. In fact, from your description, they would appear to not know that she was leaving your particular room if she departs on her own.

If she were to do any such untoward thing while in your room, and they hadn't signed her in, that leaves the hotel open to legal claim and hinders any official investigation of your injury (certainly makes identifying the girl difficult). While it would seem, from the point of freedom of getting our ladies up to our room without much hassle (finally), this kind of description of unescorted ladies walking in the front door unchecked by a guard, is distressing. Just a few weeks ago the police were warning of foreigners having their phones stolen repeatedly, at the Kalayaan CGG entrance area.

One reason CGG might not be checking ID's is because of the rooftop restaurant. Requiring the ID of every lady going up there would be a hassle, but in our case, needed. I have used the CGG lobby a number of times to meet my girls (I was not staying there) as a jump-off point of going around Burgos for drinks, as the lobby doors are not watched by a guard. If I (or my girl) arrives early, there were comfortable chairs or couches for sitting / waiting for someone. Every time I went there to meet someone, nobody stopped my girls from using the lobby to wait for me. Cringe-worthy from a mongering standpoint? Or heavenly?

Coming into Manila for the first time on Monday and staying at City Garden Grand (thanks all for the tips! Only here for a few weeks so will take the easy path and hit up the P. Burgos bars and may dabble with online dating.

Excellent almost 5 star hotel. I had stayed here long time ago. They have refurbished it. Had a room overlooking the bay. Girls liked it.

Breakfast is top notch. Korean, Philippine, American, Indian, Arab stations serving ethnic food in addition to regular fares. Little bit secluded and need taxi to go anywhere. Room is nice. Bath tub which I used with the girls to soak, separate shower. Room service is expensive. Girls did not want to go out and eat. They have a pool and gym. It is so quiet there and did not hear any street noise you normally hear in busy areas.

As per our hobby any girl can walk in and go to the room. There is no checking. You can probably have any number girls come to your room although I just had one per day. Security is only to make sure there are no dangerous things coming in. Lots of locals come there to eat in the lobby as well as restaurant. Only thing I am not sure is if you bring a random girl after 10 pm. Will they ask for I. The or ask questions? My girls came in the afternoon and left in the morning with me escorting them out.

I can recommand Okada many rooms have a jacuzzi type of tub. But it will cost you.

Probably solaire has some rooms with jacuzzi too.

Otherwise it will be pretty hard to find.

Even better: Choose one for a couple of days then move if you find a better option. There is no monger law that says you need to book the hotel for your whole stay. If you like it, extend your reservation. If not, move. Worst case scenario? There is a monger apocalypse, your hotel is full, and you need to spend an extra $20 for a couple of days for an upgrade.

Yes there is a middle, but no I don't think you want to stay there, and even if you did it wouldn't make either commute any easier. You will have to pick one or the other. It comes down to what you want to do.

Agree with Transporter. Have heard this question from more than one gent: What hotel is recommended to stay half-way between Burgos / LAC. All of these have come in the past 6 weeks or so, and the gents asking are all relatively new to Phils (one visit previously for a week or so, and years back due to covid probably). I don't know what is halfway between Makati and Malate, but its a legit question. My response is: Choose one. The feeling on the gents part is that they can draw more girls from more areas by being centrally located ("I want to make it easy for the girls to get to me" However, if the girl wants her prize (which might be money, or just to get a date with a nice DIA foreigner), she will get to you (even if it takes her longer to get to you). Don't concern yourself with girlie travel if you are a 1-2-3 week warrior (especially if the girl is from the province and must bus in -- drop her). There will be plenty of gals in either location, and others from other locations who are experts at jeeping around town. There are more girls to choose from than you can shake a stick at. In addition, you can always meet her halfway between her place and yours for a coffee before taxiing back to your "Lady-Vaxxing" Station.

There are tons of hotels near MOA (Mall of Asia), those are all 5 star, but Sheraton is cheaper to stay.

See the pic for location. Sea Residences and Shell Residences (and Jazz), located near MOA, are good short-term rentals. The blue box in the pic is MOA, within walking distance (5-10 minutes if you walk fast; longer if strolling with your honey), and have everything you need with grocery store (Hypermart), restaurants, and a nearby Walter Mart also. This is in Pasay, just south of Malate. I utilized these places on overnight 1-off basis. I saw an ad on social media for both Residences advertised both nightly and monthly rates. The units are clean and modern, typical studios, with cooking and balcony, and strong wifi and smart TV's. Advertised was usually p2 k ($40 USD) per night. While I lived in the area, it was nice from time to time to take this or that honey for an evening elsewhere other than my place.

There was never a medical check or covid test needed. I just had to show the unit caretaker my and my girl's ID in the lobby, and he would register us with the front desk and take us up to the unit. Small downside: Had to give the caretaker an extra p1000 deposit, which he would hand back the next morning when I checked out.

After utilizing several times and paying the p2 k, I stopped for a few weeks as I was also using much less expensive ST places for just a few hours (p600-1000). Out of the blue, the advertiser from social media contacted me asking when I was planning to rent one of his units again. Not sure, guy. "You try. We are waiting you back". Sure, will let you know. Can you drop the price a bit (kuripot that I was born to be)? "I will ask the owner". Later: "Yes p1800 for you". A few days later I grabbed one for 1800, and it stayed at that amount for months, and I was taking one about 2 x per month. Suddenly on the social media advertisement the price went from p2000 to p2500. I inquired if I could still get 1800 and was told no. "We have other expense. House in the province needs fixed. Need more money for it". I see. I stopped renting for a month. "Westy when you will rent from us again?" Never, at these prices fella. I got a unit in the opposing tower for p1700 (a lie). "Wait I will ask the owner". A few hours later: "OK he says its ok to p1700". Well, a meeting of the minds!

I also rented on a similar basis in other places, like Birch Tower (Malate, 1 short block from Robinson's Mall). Difficulties here lie in cyclical needs for medical tests and at times insistence on modern, valid ID's (the new kinds, like a driver's license, with a stripe on the back). Also, Malate Bayview Mansion had good rates, but for 1-night renters like me the Admin insisted on recent PCR tests for both myself and the girl. Sad face. From Birch Tower or MBVM, you can walk to LA Cafe and G-Point. From the MOA places its a 10+/- (depending time of day) minute taxi ride to LAC / G-Point / Robinson's. I didn't cover residences near Makati / Burgos because those have been covered ad infinitum.
