Was at HK last night. When I arrived around 10 pm there was an abundance of females. Way more than guys at the time. Even saw a few girls I hadn't seen in a while. Meseros generally won't bother you if you have a drink in hand and are ordering at the bar. Girls will come around, but probably not as much as if you're sitting at a booth. If you're sitting at a booth you're almost expected to be buying drinks and / or have a girl keeping you company, that's just the way it is.
