Sorry if it has been already asked. Usually the girls standing outside of the gogo bars are the prettiest, or at the least they are meant to be to attract more customer. But I've notice that many, if not most, are not available for either ST and LT. Is there any workaround on how to get or at least negotiate with them?

You can usually buy a drink for a promotion lady. No guarantees whether she will go to the hotel with you.
