I've seen posts that you got no chance unless you speak greek and other posts that claim that it was no problem at all. Anyone got any experience with this. Since it was my first time in Athens, I can't speak for how it used to be. I did however walk through Metax and Fylis several times throughout the week, especially during the Friday evening / night.
