You should add "3. Beszamolok.com" to the list of sources of girls. It's all in Hungarian, but there are some girls that advertise there exclusively, and you can figure out what's going on by using a translation plugin on your browser.

You don't need to ask for a handjob / blowjob / sex at the massage places, the handjob is part of the deal. 30-60 minute appointments typically result in one handjob, 90-minute appointments give you one at the beginning and one at the end. The established places (massage house, dreamhouse, happy massage, massage666, pierismassage) officially offer no sex or oral. That's not to say that it's impossible, it's just up to the girl and you to negotiate, if she's agreeable.
