I first went to Germany for the FKKs in 2006. They were charging then about 50 euros for half an hour session, plus around 60/80 Euros for entrance fee. The entrance fee was for 24 hours, and included food and drinks. The last time I was there, in 2019, the session was still 50 Euros. It had not changed all these years. That is not expensive!

The result was that all the pretty girls went somewhere else over the years, due to the constant 50 euros price. As of 2019, I found mostly Romanian girls manning the FKKs. Luckily, post pandemic, the price appears to have gone up to 100 Euros per session. Again, this is comparable to HK pricing when you include the fichas and other expenses.

And the food is not that bad, IMO. I may agree with you on the service, however.

I liked Germany as well. The food was not very good, especially compared to Mxico. I am talking about the guys complaining about spending $100-300, at HK. Germany you have the flight and other expenses. Great value, but definitely not cheap. I love both places.

I prefer to skip the middle man, before Covid and the war I would go to Moscow. Obviously not an option now. Honestly I like CDMX better.

Mxico, I love Tijuana, but with flights are more expensive and issues at the border, the trip is much more expensive for me and a bigger hassle. I go to MTY / CDMX, same prices, but I gets much better service from the girls, multiple sessions or over night.

I think that you opinion is bias because you are not a local, and when you are in Tijuana, you visit HK exclusively and you are making a tourist comparison to Vegas and Cancun when all of the bars above are within walking distance. Literally within 3 minutes of walking. I mean you can fucking stand in front of HK and throw a baseball into the doors of the other bars.

But then my complaints are about the shitty policy and scams being ran, rather than pricing. No kissing in the clubs so that they can get the guys to the private dance rooms. Room Knock to sell a fool a buck of beer. Really? Fucking bullshit hustles that the dive bars like the Playboy club used to hustle. I don't see the other bars pimping those fucking stupid hustles.

I know exactly what Drama is saying. I lived in Baja for 6 years. Been to Colombia and not regretting one peso of the 25 K I spent (over 3 years & 5 visits. I am due for a return. But killing time in Vegas. It ain't no sex prison but it ain't cheep either. Suck it up guys. This board is a little jaded. Spoiled. I lost count of the visits to Tijuana - 100- 200? More? Adelitas is horrible, I can not speak about the other places. HK blows Adelitas away, there is zero comparison. You can get by fairly cheap if you are smart at HK. Tuesday-Friday HK is great, Satuday and Monday kind of suck, for different reasons. Again nothing in the world compares to HK, maybe places in Asia, but Asia is not for me. Germany is great, lots of fun, but way more expensive, crappy food and bad service.

Amigos. Like few people said already, now a days it became so expensive to hit Tijuana. Higher prices and also lot of attitude. It is completely a hit or miss. Disappointed many times lately $300 is not enough for a trip now a days. Any cheaper recommendations just to hang around with chicas and practice my spanish? Thanks.

I never bought a VIP card in my 22 years of going to the zona. After your detailed description I have less of a desire to do so. Too much bureaucracy it seems in getting all the value from it, seems more like a rip off to me like everything in HK and the zona. That's why I always stay sober, I don't do drugs, and I only pay for services in person no free money to the girls. It seems like there are more scammers now in the digital smart phone ruled world. Back in the day girls had no choice but to talk with you and be friendly, there was no facebook, instagram, or tik tok. Kinda miss those days was more simple and a lot of fun.

1. Go to Hongkong Bar entrance after 8 am and get your mandatory security body massage.

2. Go hand Breakfast Card / coupon and VIP card to mesero (waiter).

3. Waiter escorts you to cashier to redeem a free drink and breakfast.

4. Cashier indicates the pictured breakfast is an extra dollar.

5. Paid the extra dollar to mesero.

6. Mesero proceeds to search for a Head Mesero to approve the meal.

7. Supervisor mesero indicates the free meal will cost me $10, Then I said I already paid the initial $1, Ok then he says they don't honor the card on Wednesday. Bullshit!

8. Finally got my food boxed and delivered, Took my food up Azul Restaurant Balcony and got some proper silverware and plate. Runtime 30 minutes.

The Roadblock:

VIP card perks is free valet and parking. I Self-parked at Pepe's and had ticket stamped during hotel check-in.

Unfortunately the blue ink was illegible.

Parking Kiosk guy says I need a (sello) stamp and need to walk back to HK or pay for 2 days. Bullshit!

You Call Hongkong or Cascadas reception cause I ain't moving (I was the roadblock) 2 cars waiting behind.

Hongkong sends a guy on golf cart and smooth things out with my VIP card and confirms room number. Runtime 20 minutes.

Checks:

Apparently the VIP card extra 15 min late checkout is only for short time rooms.

I have a 2 day room but checkout is at 1 pm.

First day I hear door knocking at 1:15 pm at my room. So I have to yell at them from the crapper that I have the room till tomorrow.

Had to call reception to inform the (talachero) room guys to leave me be. Diarrhea runtime 10 minutes.

There are many more perks I have to redeem from my VIP card. But I am sure I will have a time OFF my life!

What are your VIP Card Redemption Adventures?

In 3 years or so of signing up for the VIP card I've not had any problems with it. I'm pretty sure the VIP card is $60 for 90 days, not 120. If you use the card for more than 2-3 days within a 90 day period, the card more than pays for itself in terms of hotel costs and the complimentary drink you receive daily with the card alone. Also free admission to HK when they try to charge an admission fee on the weekends. I don't really use the card for much else but still find it to be very worth it. As far as the free breakfast, it does state on the website that hotel customers get free breakfast on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (not necessarily even exclusive to VIP members) so would've just shown them where it says that on the website and see what they had to say about that. But I've never tried to eat breakfast at Azul. I have used my VIP card in the recent past for a discount at that new Senda Norte restaurant across the street. Seems like a much nicer restaurant than Azul and the food is good there.

I have had the issue you mention once with HK staff knocking on my door a day early thinking I was supposed to check out that day instead of the next. That was annoying but ended up getting sorted out.

What are your VIP Card Redemption Adventures?

Trying to get lap dance discount with vip card is complex. Ubneed a receipt, free, from when you get your free drink. Not afterward it has to happen when you got free drink. But using it can be different each time. Sometimes you have to go back give the money to the desk guy for the dance or sometimes just paybthe guy at the dance booth. So I stopped doing them plus I realized the girls absolutely hate doing dances these girls are lazy compared to American strip clubs. They will spend the whole dance begging you to go up for sex. Like I just paid $ for a dance and they think I'm gona end the dance 20 seconds into it for sex. I guess some guys do it so they try their best. For myself I won't be buying the vip card anymore as I slept in Tijuana about 30 days the last 2 months and only used hk hotel 1 night, the hassle with the pat down walking into hotel, having hotel guy go through touching my clean pillow sheets that I put in my backpack, lack of window in the room, easiernto get hotel on revolucion. Plus to redeem vip card for free drink is often a 10 to 15 minute line. So not worth buying the card. I did eat at Azul a few times using the card for discount.

One of the saddest experiences a monger can have is paying for sex while being hustled and STILL not getting what they want. That's why those strip clubs don't do it for me. They thrive on that game.
