I have been in Pattaya for about 3 months. I started using THAIFRIENDLY and I wanted to share my results / experience.

Communication: most of the women who initially showed interest in me did not respond to my follow up message. Most women: did not read my profile, asked redundant questions that my profile clearly answers, are managing multiple men at one time, use google translate (I often wondered why they took so long to respond). Profile Terms: Customer service, Looking for customers, Freelance, Open Mind, Looking for everything, Massage, Looking for work, Looking for friends, Friendly, ST and LT are.

Clear indicators to initiate a message for a possible meet. Most profiles did not indicate intent on the dating site or very little to no info about what they are looking for. As a result, I created an introduction with my intentions. Example #1, "Hello, I'm Ron Jeremy. I'm in pattaya to meet new friends. I read your profile but what are you looking for here? BF? Sponsor? Friends and customers? Most of the time I would get a response. I put my LINE ID in my profile since I was a standard member but I never received messages from women.

THAIFRIENDLY Age Range: Initially, I set from the range from 22 to 50.

Most of my successes came from older women ranging from 30 to 43 and no success with younger women in the range of 22 to 28 with the exception of a few scammers / cam show girls. Its my opinion that most women 40+ are looking for a BF and or a serious relationship as they smash into the wall.

With kids in tow, still working at bar / massage, don't want kids but are looking for love, marriage, a serious relationship and financial support from a nice guy.

THAIFRIENDLY Massage: Most advertise their massage skills, and location for you to visit.

Most will not visit you unless they are independent and travel to you (500 baht / HR). Those that work for a shop mentioned customers must visit their shop first before any outside repeat visits. As a result of visiting various spots, I've been able to explore new areas in and around pattaya.

Tried and true Massages: include Head and Shoulders (300 baht). Oil (300 baht), Foot scrub (200) and Foot (300 baht). In terms of pricing, Soi Pattaya Klang has some of the cheapest pricing and a few spots along Soi Buakhao. I have been quoted 1500 baht for FS in at least two spots one on Soi 13/1 and one on Soi Pattaya Klang.

THAIFRIENDLY Bar Girls: These women sometime advertise their bar work, fotos of the bar, and location for you to come visit with them. Expect to meet, chat, buy ladydrinks. I visited one in treetown (Foxy / Fox Bar) played pool, and had a drink. (38 yrs old and she stated 3000 baht for LT).

As of 8/26/22 she still can be seen on ThaiFriendly.

THAIFRIENDLY Freelancers: These women sometime advertise in their profile as Customer service, Looking for customers, Freelance, Open Mind, and Looking for everything. I've been ably to find a small group of reliable decent english speaking women with their own place and no roommates.

Most women only want ST customers up until about 9 pm.

As I reflect on my behavior.

I set a 2000 baht maximun for LT and a 1200 baht maximum for ST. I learned that agogos, BJ bars and gentleman clubs.

Use age, skin color, number of kids, body size and beauty to distinguish women into categories. 1. Models. 2. Coyotes.

And 3. Regular chicks. Models are considered to be young, skinny / thin, mostly white skin, have no kids.

Have tight bodies and are pretty. They can be seen in varibale shapes sizes and colors in and around Pattaya agogos.

So, a woman who is 30+ with kids, has a decent body and average looks has an initial value of 2000 baht.

As a guide, the standard ST price structure for BJ bars and most gentlemans clubs is 300-500 baht for the bar fine.

Which can include (curtain rooms)(short time room) (take out to hotel) and 1000 baht ST service with the girl.

Most of the gentleman clubs employ a range of older regular women and regular looking chicks but.

There are a few exceptions like (High Rollers Gentlemans Club) where youll find a mix of good quality.

How many guys that come to Pattaya speak Thai? Maybe 1 percent, if that. And yeah most guys don't genuinely care, guys are here for one thing (ass) and the girls are here for one thing (money). It's no different than the girls not giving a care about your story and where you're from and the problems you have back home. At the end of the day, men have no reason to lie about anything here whilst the girls do. But if you're naive to think that these girls opening up to you are telling you the truth, then that's on you. It'll put any Pattaya monger straight and focused on what they're here for and to not fall into any girl's traps.

The chief complaint from the ladies about the customers is the lies customers spew about sponsoring them. A guy will profess his eternal love, tell the lady he will give her $xxx to go home to her village, and then, three months later, the money stops, and she is stuck in the village.

Another lie is the marital status of the customer, when they start talking about marriage with a lady, but they have a Farang wife.

I have never tried to negotiate it beforehand and I think this is why the people that say it is not done are saying it. Maybe they are misspeaking and mean they have not been able to do it with negotiation. But how you and others have explained it is exactly how it happens and almost 100% of the time. If you are together in the room and say you do not have condom they are going to fuck anyway.

Yes, I don't get why others had mentioned no bb can be had or needed to negotiate beforehand. Every girl I had just hopped right on. Not a single one asked. Perhaps it's where they pick up the girls? Or perhaps age & quality (cost) of girls?

Well, the girls ask "do you have a condom?" in exactly the same way a Western woman would ("freebie") in a casual encounter. However, in the latter case what it really would mean is "you better have a condom, or you can forget about sex, and if you insist, you'll never get a second chance and I'll probably throw a tantrum".

I'm under the impression the Thai girls are recreating this cultural template to get a knee-jerk reaction. Being assertive and looking you straight in the eye is not a very Thai thing.

I disagree. If you talk to them in Thai with a no-nonsense attitude and without judging, many of them will tell you where they've been and what they've done, if you're genuinely interested.

Of course, they will like in professional capacity, either in the context of pleasing a customer or securing and keeping a sponsor. If you set up a situation where lying is expected and encouraged, they have no problem to comply. That might be a broader trend in Thai culture, harmony is worth more than truth.

Contrary to popular opinion, bargirls are not expert liars, as long as you remove the key ingredient of a sponsor wanting to believe. It's pretty easy to cross-check their stories, if you're so inclined.

Hi, newbie poster here (but not newbie reader). I visited Pattaya in the first half of August, first time, although I've been to Thailand a few times before. Here are some of my thoughts.

First of all the basics. Pattaya is a paradise for lust, not love. In theory everyone knows that, but from talking to the girls it seems some customers don't understand it. So my advice: have fun, pay up and treat it for what it is.

Types of venues. Action can take place in a room attached to a venue, behind curtains in the main area of a venue, in your own hotel room, or at a short-time hotel (2-3 hours for 300-400 THB). Occasionally there is action in the main space, in public view of everybody, but apart from some foreplay this is pretty rare. If a venue has a dedicated room / space for sex / BJs, you'll most likely be using those. If not, you're off to a short-time hotel or your own hotel room.

There are a number of types of venues:

- Beer Bars. Bars with no walls, just a ceiling, where working girls role-play being the bar's customers; they try to come across as the friendly girl-next-door type; you pay for their drinks, but you can take almost any of them for sex to your hotel (ask about it when you buy her the first drink; and do discuss prices. Usually 1500 for ST, might be more if she's very hot; might be less if you're not selective + barfine 300-500).

- Girly bars. Closed-door beer bars, with rooms on premises; somehow, I didn't really like them too much.

- GCs. Closed-door bars, with explicit ladies, who do not role-play. They start caressing you and offering services almost immediately. Usually you start off with a lady drink, but after that you can go straight to a room, if you like. Or for a BJ. Whatever you like. Just ask. Oh, and the prices are pretty much standard - 1000 for sex, 500 for BJ. Plus BF / room (depends on the GC, usually about 300). Plus LD. Plus your own drink.

- Freelancers on ThaiFriendly. Very easy to find, tonnes of women, prices typically 1200 for ST. However, the logistics involved in meeting the girl outside of your hotel, to make sure she looks OK and is not a psycho, and perhaps to go to a short-time hotel, was just too much for me! I did it once, and it was very much like a beer bar girl experience. Not worth the hassle for me.

- Agogos. Closed-door bars with ladies dancing, sometimes in bikinis, sometimes topless, sometimes naked. Famed for the best looking and most expensive girls. And highest BFs.

- Soi Six: a Thai RLD street. The girls are mostly too young for my liking. And a lot of them are young, yes, but ugly! Plus the experience was very much a wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am type; hard pass.

- Massage places. The "happy ending" ones; I visited one and I feel they're good only if you need a solid alibi for your wife, vacationing with you in Pattaya.

- Freelancers on Beach Road ("Coconut bar") and around town. Did not explore them.

Personally, I most liked to visit:

* GCs / BJ bars in the afternoon. Especially Soi Bongkot and GC Excite. If you're not *very* picky about age and looks, you can fulfill a lot of fantasies. My preferred service was BJ in all possible positions, places and combinations of ladies. If getting a BJ right there in the bar is your thing, or BJ from two girls at the same time, these places are highly recommended.

* Agogos. I'd go once every few days just to watch, occasionally buy a lady drink for some attention. I really didn't feel the urge to BF them. I recommend Windmill and Kink upstairs for full nakedness and some limited naughtiness if you buy the lady a drink; and the packed Pin-up, which gave something of a cyberpunk vibe.

* Beer bars. I like the freedom to walk around and browse through the selection of girls. Try walking around Tree Town, Soi Buakhao, but also Soi 7, Soi 8 etc. - sometimes the most remote bars have great-looking ladies, and you'll get a very warm welcome. Most of the girls are 30+, yes, but with some effort you can find younger ones. Most, especially the younger ones, are very bored, and don't even try to capture your attention. Often it's worth chatting up an indifferent hot chick, just make sure she changes attitude before you start talking business.

Quality of girls. This is tricky, don't expect heaps of stunners. If you're all about hot young chicks and you're willing to pay top buck, agogos are the place to be. If you want young, and don't care about the quality of the service, perhaps even looks, try Soi Six. For the average guy, try the bars. If you want pleasant-friendly-and-easy, with looks less important, go for GCs.

Condoms. In general I try and stick to condoms for sex, although I have to admit I do, very rarely, make exceptions. I've never been explicitly offered BBFS as a selling point, but sometimes the bar girls on the way to my hotel would offer me both options (with the price already settled). Sometimes they'll be very explicit about the mandatory use of condom for sex (usually in the room, before the deed). But what most frequently happens is the girl asks you "do you have a condom?" in an assertive tone. I have said "no" 2 or 3 times, and then it's straight to BB. I think the question usually means: "I really prefer we use a condom, but if you don't want to, that's fine". They seem to have a lot of stories to support their preference of condoms, stories they tell me even after I choose the condom (mainly about the fear of getting pregnant and about pills not working properly; not about STDs). CIP was never discussed as a separate subject.

Working girls and ethics. I haven't met any "evil" working girls in Pattaya, but two things are pretty much the norm for most of them: taking advantage of you if they see the opportunity (even in "local" GCs), and lying. The first thing you can cover by avoiding giving the girls the opportunities. Ask in detail about prices, services, time allowed; make sure you immediately get a new receipt every time you order something at a venue, guard your bin to make sure nobody's adding drinks. And check the receipt every single time. Make sure you not only study it, but that you are also *seen* studying it. Do some theatrics. This will severely diminish the chance they'll try to cheat you. And believe me, this is normal and not frowned upon in the least bit. Oh, and always pay AFTER sex, when she's preparing to go.

As far as lying. This is mostly to tell the customer what he wants to hear and to protect the aspects of their lives they don't want to share. It's fine by me! I use white lies in Pattaya as well. However, in two cases the lying does get on my nerves. One is if the lady keeps telling unnecessary lies that are too easy to refute ("my boobs are natural!" - I squeeze the boob 2 inches away and it's very obviously silicon; "I've been in the bar for a week and no customer!" - "but you just said you just arrived yesterday? ") . Two is standard lies ("she's very shy", "she's new to the business", "my friend hasn't had a customer or a drink for a week! You have to buy her one! ") . These I have to laugh off very clearly. If I'm sometimes not in the mood to joke and I just smile, often they think I believe it all, I'm very dumb and they try to cheat me. I'll catch them in the act, and I have to switch venues. So much for a mood booster.

But all in good humour, I'm just saying as it is! All this doesn't ruin my fun, make sure it doesn't ruin yours!

Imagine if for one night only someone spiked every lady-drink in Pattaya with a truth serum and you were sat next to a cute little gogo girl telling you how many customers have fucked her lately, how much she loves her Thai boyfriend and going in to detail about last night's bareback spit-roast. I'd prefer her to tell me she's new in town, even if I know it's not true. It's all a game.

While it is necessary for them to lie all the time in their profession, lying becomes second nature to them in all aspects of their lives including their private lives.

Even when you have a relationship with one of them you will get lied to constantly about everything. Even when it is not necessary to lie, they will still not tell you the truth.

Yes, we all lie sometimes but companred to a bar girl we are saints.
