I was there last week. It was open and back to normal. In fact I was the only one masking. Few lookers hanging around Korean spot upstairs. A group band was playing 80's song. No entrance fee when I got up there at around 9 PM.

I am planning to stay in City Garden Makati for 3 nights and then 2 nights in Central Park Tower AC and again back to New Coast Hotel Manila. Are these good ones which is girl / guest friendly without any entry problems or any better deals than these? I am planning to visit last week of October and 1st week of November.

I'm staying at City Garden Makati. I have to say the location is stellar because its walking distance from poblacion and burgos. The rooms are just above average. Guest friendly from what I have seen.
