Same question for me. Visiting for a full week in May but most of the SWs and good hunting areas are aways from the city center and require a car. For sure fake, would be illegal in Italy. Just look for SW in the main night spots, you can find interactive maps in the forum but you'll most likely need a car to visit those locations.
