It costs something for the first time but AFAIK the porn production houses pay not that much having frequently use them and / or book several girls at the same time from the same agent. Also they share or sell for a small fees the information among them. So the next production companies could get in touch directly with the girls without the need to use an agent to cut the middleman. Most (if not all) pornstar start their careers from an agent who persuade them to enter the porn industry and later orbit them to become a star.

For Hungary / Budapest section of ISG there are few local guides who boast he knows many of this Hungarian pornstars contact number and address. They charge you but not an extortionate charge, like most pornstar listing companies are doing. I have seen a few posting recommending them.
