Came to Tijuana to see the Halloween customes. Revolucion not as many as I expected. 10 yrs ago was in Miami and by accident was out and saw a lot. The chicas said Sunday is more of a Halloween day. Hk a bit boring today, had good luck other visits. Finding hotel on sat night at 10 pm not easy but I managed.

I am thinking it will be "hoppin" as it often is any Saturday night. There is a 25 person meetup group also going down there earlier in the day to roam around and grab a bite to eat that I am going to join in. I actually think the girls dressing up will be kind of stupid, but they are probably pressured to do so. I want less clothes on them. Not more. Message me if you want to connect for a brew Sat night.

Going back for trip #2 to Tijuana on 10.29 and I am not going to be a chicken this time, I am going to walk down the alley (Gasp). Since I am a chicken by nature and for the most part these forums limit reports to the big 4 clubs, how much of a risk am I taking if I go into one of the small bars in the alley? Is there any I should go to and any to avoid at all costs?

Will be down there tonight as well. That alley still scares me a bit and I have been down there many times. I try not to spend to much time in it and just keep moving to my destination. PM me if want to connect up.

I went to a few yesterday, but was kinda dull.

The only small bar you should be going in alone is Gloria bar. You may pick one thatvi don't even go in and I jump in many of them when I need a quick 2 beers for 4 dollars. The rest of the bars there's nothing to find that's not in Chicago or gloria.

I probably should know this, as often as I've visited. Has anyone used a credit card to pay for a bottle or two of alcohol either in Tropical or HK? And please, I know the associated risks of skimming, etc. I just want to know if it is possible.

Yes, you will be just fine, you have to go to a counter to do it in HK. And. They would never risk the consequences. And they use chip, not swipe like the US does. Which provides a lower fee to them as well.
