Cab drivers don't seem to want to turn on their meters instead quoting you double or triple the actual fare price, you get propositioned by some random guys every block or so for not so legal stuff, and you have obnoxious tourists every where acting like they own the place. I wouldn't want to ever come back to the Parque Lleras area for mongering anymore.
