Just counter with 50% what she first quotes you.

The regulars will take 500 or less. The less attractive ones will open at 500 too. Like I said before, there is a new component added in the pricing so you need to counter with 50% off if you are not sure.

Bargaining will be beneficial if you intent to repeat because it sets the base price, otherwise not that much.

When the exchange rate was 3 to 1 an offer of 600 per hour was solid. Now that the rate is at 5 to 1 for some time now, reports mostly show that the girls are starting out asking for more. On one level the exchange rate should not matter, but we all know that it ultimately does. Not just for us, but for the tutes too. Try to drive some hard bargains, and maybe you will succeed. But with current rates it appears from reports that fewer of the Scandallo girls will be happy with a 600/ HR offer. Seems based on recent reporting one should be prepared to pay at least 800 minimum for one of the hotter Scandallo girls.

Wrapping up a month in Sao Paulo, and I wanted to share my experiences / thoughts.

Scandallo.

This place is and continues to be the gold standard for Sao Paulo, and if I had to guess the world. You can find any type of woman here with little effort, and the service is fantastic. I've been trying to drink less this trip so I tried out the restaurant, and the food is actually very good. In my experience R800/ HR can get you anyone in the place, and while I've had girls ask for more, nobody as of yet refused 800 if I was clear I was willing to walk. My biggest piece of advice for people new to Scandallo is this: say no. Very attractive women are going to approach you, they're going to be flirty and charming, and you're going to want to fuck them. Anywhere else it wouldn't be a question, you'd say yes immediately, but you need to remember you're not anywhere else. So unless they're exactly what you want, say no, because 30 minutes later you will find your dream girl. In Scandallo you're surrounded by good options, but the price difference between good and great is almost nonexistent, so make sure you hold out for great. For an extended trip I tried to keep visits to 1/ week to help my wallet, but for a short trip I'd probably live here. When time is a major concern, you can show up and know you'll get consistent quality.

The Brazilian professional standard is already really good, in both a physical, energy, and focus sense. In the rare cases it also includes an inherent inner warmth that brings the potential for emotional attachment a lot higher.

Yeah, I used to laugh at mongers who fell in love with hookers. That was before I knew Sao Paulo. The level of passion and warmth these ladies bring can easily mess with your head.

As far as I know, the street scene is pretty dead in SP. I know of only one area along Ave Indianapolis that has street girls. Couple of years ago I was in the area and decided to talk to a street girl. I forgot what she quoted me but she said no kissing, everything covered. The nearby clinica Indy have girls that will give great GFE sessions for only 150 reais. Girls in Prives mostly are old, ugly and fat and not worth the money. If you search in the 'area trash' section of GP Guia, there are cheap girls working in buildings in Centro. In the neighborhood of Vila Buarque, there are transvestites standing on the street corners at night. If you are coming to SP expecting a good time with street girls and prive girls, I'm afraid you will be disappointed. If you want to experience the true meaning of Brazilian GFE, clinicas and nightclubs are the way to go.
