A wingman sent me this pic taken from the local press.

Ped East line to enter US was unusually long, stretched back to the taxi stand, doubled back on the same path, wrapped around the park back to the street with the taxi stand and went over the bridge, estimated over 3-mile long line of people waiting to cross. These people have visas, not migrant. It probably took 5 to 6 ours to clear that line. Just look at the pics.

In previous years long lines of cars and people crossed into the US near Christmas to shop, but I never ever saw a pedestrian line this long, about 5 to 6 x normal. What's going on?.

Before New Year, the bros without SENTRI or GE should avoid returning during the day time.

Many factors contribute to the long line. #1 they never reopened ped west. #2 staff is busy with open border policy so everyone running across border or swimming across or taking boats across knowing I beleive only Mexicans can be sent back. All other countries tries usually remain in usa. #3 skyrocketing Tijuana and san diego population compared to 10 years ago. #4 this is the week everyone is going to see family so they need to get to usa get to San Diego or lax airport or take their bus to whatever city their family in usa is in. #5 30% of the people crossing right now are just going shopping. The problem with so many people crossing with mexican visas, is, its very easy to lend your visa to someone the same height and age as they all have the same color hair. So people deported probably try and walk in every 30 minutes I would guess. So staff has to ask another questions to at least try and catch some people. If you look in the office you will usually see some people sitting down Ankle cuffed to the benches.

That is there are still some girls who have no other family to go back to other than the P4P and also many mens in the same situation.

Yikes. Will stay away from that time. Friday nights later are still good to cross. 9 pm I crossed with no wait yesterday. Also crossed a few weeks ago on a Saturday night about the same time with 10 min wait.

Bar girls each have their own hotel and they do not go to your hotel unless its after their shift. These other bars, the hotels are mostly no clean sheats. Everyone has sex on the same bed spread. Even drunk I can't do it no more. As I get older I value my cleanliness more than sex. I've seen such hell hole looking hotels, and been with girls I wasn't even paying who thought it looked fine that it really makes you aware of how dingy the living conditions are for many of these lower class mexican men and woman. If they ever saw a normal 5 bedroom house with a lawn and driveway in a normal. Chicaho suburb they wouldn't believe it.

Right I'm of a similar mind that is why I was asking the logistics of getting them back into my room in Cascada where things are a bit more on homefield (so to speak). I willing to explore and experiment just not in those 15-30 min rooms at these short time hotels.

Risk? Yes, you might risk having a good time.

Generally speaking, if the small bar (Like La Gloria) has an associated hotel, the girls will need to use that one. I think theirs is Hotel Garcia. So, you may not be able to go back to Cascadas.

I'm not positive about all the tiny places. I think they all have some sort of relationship with specific hotels, but you may get lucky. I just wouldn't count on being able to use Cascadas.

Just wanted to share for anyone flying out of Tijuana using CBX (cross border express bridge).

For the second time we parked on the street for free! Here is how you do it.

There is a several block industrial area within a few blocks of the CBX / Tijuana airport on the US side. If you go there a bit early and drive around a bit (and don't mind a 5 or 10 minute walk to the terminal you can just park on the street which I have done two times now.

If you have someone with you just drop them off with the bags first, then drive around and find parking and walk to the terminal.

See attached picture with red line showing some of the streets to find parking for free. (I can't believe this will last to many years. It's too good of a deal). Kind of like $80 hookers at HK. Get it while you can as it's rare!

Plan be is the overflow parking for the CBX is at the Southwestern College Center 8100 Gigantic St. ($15/ day and they have a 5 minute shuttle to the CBX and shuttles run every 15 minutes). We didn't need to use it but it's good to know it's available if needed.

Remember to add in the airport fees. It usually runs about $25 to land each way. So add about $50 to your round trip ticket.

How busy is the Zona Norte during the holidays? I am planning on going for a few days somewhere between December 23rd and January 2nd. But if there are no chicks available then might need to wait another time.

This morning, Friday, they are finally pouring the sidewalk in. The part they were working in was the further side of the street if you leave hk to walk to the arch on revolution.
